Hello i am new to the boards so i would just like to say hi to everyone. I was also wondering is silly or wacky this month's theme? and also how long is the parade of fools open for???? (This is my first thread)

toon town doesn't really seem like it. It seems to specific, although they do have a advertisement for it on the home page.

i did notice the toontown banner when i first logged on maybe it is toontown month but the calendar says that they have some wacky stuff coming up and the picture is upside down.
