And minimum wage jobs are not unionized jobs but organized labor is the biggest supporter of raising the minimum wage every time the issue comes up as well. It justifies the price of the unionized jobs increasing their wages.

What's even stranger is that this thread topic is on quarterly rotation. The mods will lock it down pretty soon, but it's all but scheduled to reappear by mid-May.

My opinion is that the law does not serve the purpose that it was originally intended to and there is no other reason for it to exist, so it should be repealed.
