This is what happened to me at Dunkin Donuts this morning

I know at the Starbucks near us they just pour the coffee from the regular spigot over ice to make iced coffee. I would have been confused if I was that girl too. :rotfl:
 
Luvflorida you had me cracking up. This has to be the one in South Portland by the mall. They are so bad and slow that they even mess up coffee. And you know how bad it is to mess up someone's coffee.
 
As a person that works at a fast food place doing the order taking at the drive thru and also doing the bagging..
I would like to tell you some of the reasons your orders may be incorrect.
We have a lot of people on their cell phones and they forget or dont speak clearly.
The person in front of you drove off.
You changed your mind in the middle of ordering.
m not trying to excuse ineptness, but sometimes it can be very nosiy in the place.
 
Well, that may be msrdon, but when you say "Cheeseburger happy meal with apple dippers" and you NEVER get them.....well, I don't think it's cause it's loud.

OH NO MRSDON.... I don't accept your reasons. I speak VERY clear when I place my order. I make sure they understand what I want.... when I get to the window, they A) give me someone else's order B) just grab whatever they feel like and/or C) figure the person isn't going to realize they have the wrong order and won't come back once they realize they do have the wrong order.

Customer service STINKS lately, people don't listen to the customer any more. When I say "you gave me the wrong order I asked for DECAFFINATED tea, do I sound like I need caffine??", they say "oh, sorry" I had one girl argue with me that SHE didn't take the order... HUH? what's up with that?? then don't just hand me anything that is at the window!!!!!!
