I received the e-mail notification that our service had been verified, and followed the instructions to print the voucher. They are printed and ready to go.
Just on a lark today I went back into the website, signed in, and under "Manage your Account" it says something like "the person has chosen a voucher, but has not yet printed it" and under Action Needed it said "needs to print voucher" (I'm paraphrasing because I can't remember exactly what it said without it in front of me.
To those of you who HAVE already printed your vouchers, can you go back and see what your account says now?
Should I print a second copy just to make the website happy?
