I've been looking for job listings to apply for lately and decided, randomly, to call this one store I'd applied at last year and see if they were hiring... Just at another location. They are, so I'm going to run over there tomorrow and see if I can get an interview.

It's one of those days I'd real like to punch someone.
Instead I found my starbucks card with money on it so am at circular quay having a mini pizza and iced latte.

Well we put in a call to the IRS to see about postponing the audit so that she can put her foot up and heal. However, if that's not bad enough, our sink has been backed up since Friday night when we were doing all that cooking. The plumbers are super busy, so they can't come until maybe 3-5PM today or even tomorrow. My computer is still dead (I'm on Fran's right now) and that guy is coming this afternoon.

I'm leaving to pick up our cleaning lady in about 15 minutes so that she can help me with the overflowing trash cans/recycling/litter boxes and all the dirty dishes. At least we can still use the kitchen in #2 for washing dishes. Then there are bags and bags of non perishable groceries still needing to be put away as well as unloading the car from yesterday.

Way too much to do, AND we meet with the accountant for the 2011 taxes on Wedesday!

I think we might be ordering take out tonight. That will be 4 or maybe 5 nights in a row of going/ordering out.

Did you get some stuff taken care of? How is Fran doing?

She saw the Dr. Thursday too, but she didn't rest so it got worse. We have a different kind of Dr. she will always see patients when necessary.

Well we got everything fixed that I mentioned was broken, except for Fran. Instead of Bactrim now she is on Amoxicillian and Cipro. The home health nurse us going to come back and take care of her wound. No word from the IRS though.

We wanted to go to an AP preview event that takes place tomorrow, wed and Thurs, but that's not happening. I guess I will just be happy to got to WDW in May if it happens.

Thanks! I hope it helps. I'm going crazy here. I need some relax time. I think I've finally convinced Fran about the MR cruise for Thanksgiving. She doesn't think she will have a good time since she can't do the excursions and tendering, but I think just relaxing on the ship and being pampered will be enough.

true enough.
Just very frustrating. Needing to clean up messes other people have left behind.
It's the trouble with people being shifted from job to job.
But after claiming her set of documents were pretty much done I found one completely inaccurate one. Took a whole day to rectify this one of 60 pages.

it's funny. I mean I'm a bit scary in emails when I get pissed off. As I'm sure you've noticed my terse words when stressed.
But.
My boss and co worker actually almost ask me to 'do my worst' when there's crap to chase up etc.

And then today a fellow project leader rings my boss to try and work out stuff in our files. (which are always the most up to date as we actually WORK) but is asking technical stuff my boss doesn't understand. (computer program stuff)
So he tells her to talk to me

Let's just say she never contacted me as I've worked with her before and questioned her drawings before

But my boss seemed impressed I'd pissed her off enough in the past for her to work it out herself.
