I really think you should. A deformed rabbit's head just so goes with the theme of your cake. :lmao:

:scratchin I might have to pick up a couple of extra chocolate bunnies to see how it comes out :)

Well the concert is all over. It wasn't as bad as we thought it would be. Now we can focus on being audited! You can all think of us this Friday as we spend our six hours in a room with an adjustor. I better make some snacks to keep my blood sugar up. :scratchin

 Why are you guys being audited?!

I love the idea Dana.I wonder how much it would melt??
Interesting.....

I think I might do a test cake if I do the melted-bunny-in-the-cake, just to make sure it'll come out properly :)

I'm so worried that my best friend is going to turn into a helicopter mom. Every five minutes, it's some new "OMG THEY SAY THIS CAN DO THIS IF YOU'RE PREGNANT" thing. She posted the other day on Facebook about how she read that stress during pregnancy can negatively affect your baby's brain development and that her baby was "so screwed". I'm like "...seriously?"

I've been thinking about this.

Are you going to do Lindt? Try a dark chocolate bunny with a higher chocolate fat. It might hold its shape a little better than a milk chocolate one? :confused3

:scratchin Do you think the head might need some cake mix inside it?

I was also wondering how the cake cooling process might go with Lindt chocolate.

Wish I were there. I have a bunch of chocolate moulds that we could use and we could make our own chocolate eggs/bunnies.

First baby?

I think every first time pregnant mother to be is like this.

I'm wavering between Lindt and Dove. The little gold Lindt bunnies are $5 a piece and I think the Dove are $3-4 depending on where I buy them. I may just buy some chocolate eggs and sprinkle them in instead of doing the melty bunny head :lmao: That might be easier. Plus, I can eat the extra :)

No, we just know how to keep the peace. Though I haven't seen any racoons or possums lately. The guy next door traps them and takes them up to Signal Hill.

Signal Hill? Hmmm to shoot them or set them afire?

Is this for the 100g bunnies?

:faint:

They are $3.98 at the Safeways here; and last week Safeway was running them out with a 20% sale as well.

I agree, this sounds great with your theme.

Yucky :scared1:

She's in business....presentations and demos all day....:rolleyes1

She better find a way to have a little fun while she's there.

Night all, it's off to work early in the morning.

Yes. And I know a lot of it is because she has miscarried in the past (last year, I think), and another lot of it is because she's kind of neurotic to begin with, but when she has people she trusts who've raised babies telling her that the information she's looking at is wrong and she goes with the nonsense she read on the internet, it just makes me want to throttle her.

Not to mention the fact that her doctor is either an idiot or Jacquie's taking her advice to the extreme. Their five year anniversary is three weeks before the baby's due. Jacquie was whining about not being able to do anything for their anniversary and I'm like "So why don't you guys just come into Chicago, see a show, have a nice dinner, and get a hotel room somewhere downtown for the night? Easy peasy."

"OMG NO WHAT IF I GO INTO PRETERM LABOR I WON'T BE BY THE HOSPITAL AND OMGOMGOMGOMG"

"Um, Jacquie, you can call 911 and be taken to Children's Memorial, one of the best pediatric hospitals in the COUNTRY?"

"BUT IT'S NOT MY HOSPITAL AND I WANT MY HOSPITAL AND MY DOCTOR AND OMGOMGOMGOMG"

"Okay, fine, let's just drop it."

Example of her nonsense. She lives an hour away. Going an hour to celebrate an anniversary in downtown Chicago for the night is not the same thing as flying to Canada or something.

I think so. That was also at a Walgreens, though, and things are usually a little more expensive there than elsewhere.

I'll see how it works :) I do think the eggs might be a little easier, but the bunny head is just so funny...

And yes, my best friend is apparently going insane while pregnant. I'm genuinely concerned she might wind up with postpartum depression.

Night!

Maybe. Maybe she is just nervous.

As I mentioned above, I know she is. But when she starts taking everything she reads on the internet as truth, I just want to shake her, because she just doesn't listen to anything but what she wants to hear, and what she wants to hear seems to be that doing ANYTHING but sitting on her butt can harm the baby.

Hang in there. The real fun will begin after she drops. :headache:

Soon she will be freaking out because her over sanatized house is giving her baby asthma.

Yeah. I do think that's why so many kids nowadays have asthma and allergies, because people bathe in hand sanitizer. I mean, what's your immune system for if not to fight off infections? If you don't give it something to fight, it weakens.
