I've only ever had the glasses that my insurance would pay for, so they're usually pretty cheap.

Yours arent that bad are they?
I think my vision is 20/100 or something like that. I just can't afford to get new glasses because I don't have insurance and my wages are pretty low.
At least I wont change again for 2 yrs. Do you wear them for just reading?
If I only wore them for reading, I'd be walking into a lot of walls.

Wow, that came out badly. That that's supposed to say is "This is me typing without my glasses, just feeling with my fingers on the keys something or other". Even the font on my screen is blurry if I look over the rim of my glasses.
I've worn glasses since I was about 10 years oldI found out I needed them when my brother got a Go Bot stuck in his eye and was prescribed VIDEO GAMES to help restore his hand-eye coordination. I was like "I'M HAVING TROUBLE SEEING IN SCHOOL I NEED TO GO TO THE EYE DOCTOR" and it turns out I really did need glasses
