Probably not even an inch, just a trim. I'm trying to grow it long. maybe when I get home I'll take a pic, but the only special thong is that he actually curled it.

Kmedina. Yay for a good day. Happy birthday. And I'm so happy about the school. Great news. Expensive. But they'll really help him like he needs. Without my mum deciding to pay for lots of speech therapy my brother would have been delayed abd behind. Despite having a very high IQ as he just wasn't speaking....English. Lol. It was his own language.

I tolerate and loathe public transport. My first job was in the city but on the south side with cheap parking. Despite being very close it's now a 20min bus ride due to traffic from that carpark to the office.
Morning isn't too bad except my bus to the station rarely runs on time and so I'll miss trains.
But night can be very bad
Weekends I drive everywhere. It's just a joke.

A school bus takes you point a to point b. He won't like it with the kind of switches and walks I do.

Thank you. Unfortunately, the school does not have a speech therapist. He has been going there for preschool, since shortly after he turned three. It is amazing school, so I wanted him to have at least one more year. He reads better than kids that are far older and does great with math too. I could afford the speech therapist (once Cobra is done in August) if I sent him to public school. I decided to send him to private and forgo speech therapy for this year. If he does not improve naturally (with help from only me), I will send him to public school for the first grade and pay for speech therapy with the saved money. Vegas has one of the worst school districts in the nation and only has half day Kindergarten. I want to look for a job, so I need him to go all day. They also provide after care for an additional fee if I get a job that needs me to work til 5pm or so.

Sounds like a hassle. You must prefer the weekends when you drive yourself around.

Hey that's a pity Vegas is a bad school district.
Before the bust they were building sooooo many houses there so you'd think they'd put some good schools in.
I realise that the school wouldn't have a therapist. But a good school and teacher can sometimes bring him round more naturally. Hopefully that will happen.
You're certainly being a great mum so I hope he does well.

Kindergarten here is full day. Didn't realise there were some that were half day.

Had a bad day. Ugh. Hit my elbow on a hand rail to add to the fun and the pain shot straight to my neck and shoulder. Elbow is fine. Go figure.
Far worse neck pain. Particularly my right shoulder as I use a mouse 90% of the time I'm working.
Tomorrow won't be pretty.

Ouch, that sounds painful. Here's to hoping tomorrow won't be too bad.

Been nice seeing all the puppy doggies given the cat predominance on here.

I am in a great mood today even though I am currrently alone. DH is at work. DS5 is at preschool, and DS8mos is enjoying a long nap. My husband is taking me on the first date we've had in a long time tonight, so I am excited.

I was also thinking about going back to work. I do not feel too dizzy, and my headache is only about a four. It is a wonderful day to turn 32.

Missing luggage arrived today, the weird part is we had two fish extender hangers for the gift exchange on the ship and only one was in the suitcase.
