Thursday morning i have my follow up appointment so hopefully that is when I get the all clear. Thursday it's also supposed to snow so no biking anyway if that happens too.

I swear when it rains it pours! I wanted to have the car checked before driving to Las Vegas in 10 days. Turns out the "noise" I had been hearing since last October was the rear axle and hardware going bad. To the tune of $2,000 bad.

I had mentioned that i wanted to know if it was safe to take across the desert. The service guy recommended we rent a car rather than drive ours.

Especially since our primary reason for going is to find out how the new investment management company plans to salvage our tanking property. It's a Sat. Nite/Sun. Morn meeting. They are picking up one night of hotel room and a $250 per person travel voucher. We are driving so Fran can be more comfortable. Well leave a day early to stay in Jean. That way we have an easy drive on meeting day.

Since we will already be there we figured we could use our free nights at the Fremont hotel to have some fun.

I don't have the money right now. The program I want to enroll in is $37k and I sure as heck don't have that money I'd prefer not to take out massive loans, but I have a feeling I'm going to have to in order to finance this.
