The ship is owned by Utopia and Carnival , meaning it is the assest. The order is to hold the assest. It is not suppose to leave, unless carnival will secure bond as another assest. If they do this it will free the ship to leave. I am sure the law suit if filed in Italy. But according to maritime you can hold something under arrest.

I just want to say hi real quick. I've been on a forced vacation. Somebody stole my galbladder and locked me in a small room for some days. I'm free now but sitting at my desk ins't too comfortable. Hopefully I can pop back on every now and then as I return to normal life.
