It all depends on the rate of pay. Some times it is frustrating owning a business. Paying the taxes and anything you need, sure doesnt count toward the paycheck.

Pay lacks here, as well as appreciation. They expect double work and less pay. And no overtime. Your not alone. I am sorry they dont appreciate you. It seems like the ones who do the opposite seem to get everything. Having our business sometimes sucks, we are paying more in gas and propane. So any profit goes out the window.
