Well since in the eyes of the Federal Government I am actually not involved in the taxes (technically) I don't really get much say in waht happens. However, she sort of left me high and dry in the business and told me that she didn't care "what I did" except now that I didn't make the employees print out certain reports and records (that I never thought would be pertinent, and now are) she is questioning my authority...

Perhaps she should not have left me high and dry with something that reported under her SSN...

Since we haven't done 2011 taxes, I hope that we leave the business (WMP) out completely. It will save us an audit next year. We have lost enough with all the vacancies and fixing up 1st St. Don't tell the employees, but the business is so gone really soon. I'm sick of losing $50K per year and with an audit we are so done! We cam make more money on the place even paying $15K to remodel the place. We can get way more per month and some deserving school will appreciate the donation of music.
