Riding the monorail through EPCOT is basically a must do attraction for me. Well worth a few minutes extra.

True. Wish they would expand that monorail line.

This is my favorite thing about going during the off season. If you can go to MK for an evening EMH or a late night like that, it is an entirely different experience. It is so much fun to just walk around and literally do whatever you want without having to wait in a line.

I tell you we were shocked. There were a few people walking around. We felt like VIPs.

Maybe that she was going to have a beautiful, healthy baby girl?

Quite possibly. What more could you wish for?




Well, I guess riches, cars, houses, boats, designer under ware....

It sure didn't look like it felt a little odd in your pictures.

We played along. I mean we felt bad for those CMs. They were bored out of their minds.

Don't you worry. There was copious amounts of money spent. This was a Disney vacation remember?

I don't think we will have that quiet of a park, thanks for the though! can't wait to get there and see all the decorations, see DIS Friends and meet new DIS friends!

yes FINALLY, took 4 phone calls and 3 weeks so everything was done in time for me to get our FP+ and our MB should be here in the next day or so! even got the BOG lunch FP and doing dinner too! we are good to go, just have packing to do!

Wow MK was completely empty! I think that is the night we arrived.....or the next night. It was NOT deserted when we got there! The crowds great quite a bit between the half marathon and the FL preveiw. So nice that your mom took the kids to let you and Mel get out for a few hours!

Okay, I am caught up. I don't know where to start... Awesome pictures! Especially the castle/firework ones. If you love wishes you should consider doing one of the wishes firework cruises, if you haven't already. Ours was an amazing experience. I bet the kids would love it!
Christopher is so adorable. & Julianna what a beautiful child! She makes a wonderful Merida btw.
Regarding your date night at the park.... TOO COOL! You & your wife getting the kiddos goodies on your date night remind me of something. When our older ones were little we went to what used to be Pleasure Island to have an adult night. haha We mostly played carnival style games because we tried it 2x and won 2 stuffed animals immediately ....we had 3 kids at the time...triplets. No way we could go home with 2.

Great writing style. I have truly been enjoying your TR, just wish I didn't keep getting behind. I was doing great when you were busy with the newborn. Now I keep getting behind!

Hi there Tim! I heard about your TR from Miss Kathy (KatMark aka Dismeet queen!) I can say that I have read through your entire TR! What a trip with your son going from argh! with the characters to being so adorable with them.

I immediately noticed the Hartford/Bradley airport on your travel day as I travel there on business at least twice a year. I love that area.

Congratulations on the addition to your family! That was a clever TR title that begged the question to be answered.

I feel silly joining so late but once I started reading I couldn't stop and had to let you know this is good stuff!

That was Wednesday night. It was great to spend a few hours with Melody alone. We got to do a lot in a short amount of time. I'm debating running in the GKTW 5K on Saturday. I just ran in a 5k today... I guess I'll wait till tomorrow to see how I feel.

This TR has been almost a year in the making.. I really can't believe it has taken me this long to write but I took a 6 month break from the DIS.

I did 10.2 miles on Saturday in prep for the 9th. Getting nervous, but my back is holding up with the modified training I am doing. I won't PR by a long shot but I should finish and get my C2C medal!

I don't have to worry about the GKTW 5K... went on the site today and registration was closed. They hit 1700 runners. That's what I get for procrastinating.

Once again, thanks to everyone for sticking with this TR. We leave in the morning (6 hours from now!) to head to the airport to spend a few days in Disney. We'll be back on Tuesday afternoon.
