Yes, I've seen this. HRC member here, too. According to a news report on NPR yesterday, it's being put forth by the Archdiocese that this was wrong, and should never have happened.

We'll see, eh?

What's to debate? It's happened. It's based on gender of the parents, and therefore discriminatory.
