This is just a strange cincidence...

EVERY TIME I have to go to Target it rains. It can be perfectly clear out, and as I pull into the parking lot it starts to pour. My son noticed it the last time we were there--it just always happens.

Anyone else have funny coincidences to share?

oddly enough, everytime I go to Target, the second I walk in those doors I have to use the restroom! I guess there is just something about Target that makes me have to go.

It's funny you mention this because that same thing happens to me to. It's doesn't make a difference if I have used the restroom before leaving for Target or not, once I walk through Targets doors, I have to use it.

Every time I go to Borders bookstore, I have to poop. Sorry to be gross, but it's true! That's been happening to me for years. Whether I go before I leave or not, it happens at Borders. Sometimes I try to hold it to see if the urge will just go away and it never does.

So, why Borders??? A Barnes and Noble just opened up not far from me, and it doesn't happen there, so it can't be the books.

Oh, and our whole town celebrates "Rain Day" on July 29th. (Google "rain day" pennsylvania) For the past 130 some years, it has rained on that date (except like on leap years). Our town has a whole celebration surrounding that day. Fun stuff!

I have a few "strange coincidences" that I've never mentioned to anyone before but this thread reminded me of it....

Terrible things have happened in the world while we are away on vacation:

April 1995 while at Disneyland - The bombing of the Federal Building in Oklahoma

August/September 2004while on a Disney Cruise- Hurricane Frances (turned our 7-night cruise into a 10-night cruise because the captain had to keep the ship far away from Florida)

December 2004 while in Virginia- Tsunami in Thailand

July 2005 while at Disney World - London Subway Bombings & Hurricane Dennis

I realize these are just coincidences, but it's to the point where I don't even watch the news while we're away anymore.
