Wow! Those storms came through AR this weekend, too. I guess they didn't lose much steam on their way...

We signed up for the Weather Call a few months ago. It's nice to have. I was so terrified of a tornado coming through at night, when we're all asleep and oblivious to the weather.

All that flooding is horrible. Sending thoughts & prayers your way.

Isn't the Weather Call great?! I'm so glad we signed up for it or we would have never woken up! Thank you for your prayers!!

So last week I was able to get some shopping done for our trip!! (one of my favorite parts of planning a trip) I searched all over town trying to find some Crocs for the girls. Apparantly you can't find them much in stores anymore?! Dillard's has a very small selection and I found some at Big Lots but not in the girl's sizes. So I ended up ordering online! Here's what I got from www.crocs.com:

I found this dress at Gymboree for the girls to wear to AK:

Disney Store had some good sales last week!! I got this shirt for me for $8.50:

And they had beach towels for $8 so I chose this one for Ally:

They had their sunglasses for $3 so I picked up these for Claire:

I thought the 3+ size that they had would be too small for Ally and it was the only size they had this year--so I picked up these for Ally at Target in a 6+:

They ended looking exactly the same size?! Oh well!!

I also picked up this Word Search book for Ally in the dollar section at Target (for the plane):

I also found 2 shirts for myself on Ebay!! And they came today!!! I've been searching for Disney princess shirts in my size but could never find any--so I was thrilled when I came across these!!

BTW look for a croc outlet... they have great deals, and normally disney ones too! We got HSM jibbits for a dollar a month ago!

You always do so good with your shopping! I have noticed that Crocs is all about selling their new styles this year, and not any of their old stuff. It is frustrating because I wanted to pick up a pair like I currently have for a friend recently and it was all just the brand new items. I agree about a Crocs outlet. They have one at the Premium Outlets in Orlando (I went there during our trip last June). They have a good selection.

We love getting th Disney fruit snacks for Dylan. It's so fun now that they have them in a lot of different characters. On our recent trip to DL, Dylan saw Tinkerbell in the Electrical Parade and he LIKED her. He kept saying she was pretty. So Todd got him some Tinkerbell fruit snacks and he was so happy. It was pretty funny. He kept calling her pretty, even as he was eating the snacks.

Would you believe my mom bought me that exact same word search book? I told her I'd do it at the airports while waiting; we're going to watch either a few episodes of GLEE or the first Pirates of the Caribbean on the plane. I love all the stuff you bought! I acquired many Disney shirts when I worked at KMart, but now I'm trying to coordinate shirts based on which characters we might meet. I've got a lot of Mickey's, one Tink (for our second MK day), and one Thumper (for our AK day). I've been looking at the local WalMart at a few Eeyore ones that are only $7, but I don't really need them, so not sure yet. Only 14 days left for me!

Great finds, Becky! I don't think they sell crocs inside Disney anymore. If they do, then you would be paying premium prices. I always see Disney crocs at the Disney store. They also sell cute little Disney characters to put in the holes and they have some cute flower ones at Michael's for a dollar.
I love the T-shirts you got.
Is everything o.k with Ally's teacher? I'm not on FB, but I'm going to make one this summer when I have the summer off.

Yay for shopping. I was so happy to see those Minnie Jane crocs-Avery just asked for them! I also have that word find book. Very cute AK dresses-we have som from Carter's that have a hot pink collar and zebra stripes. Love the Tiana fabric. Cute shirts for you-I got a cute new Minnie one!

I bought Samantha the same print but in the baby doll shirt with the white bike shorts at Gymboree for our day in Animal Kingdom. Also got the headband to match and brown Tiva sandals. So Cute! The crocs (not Disney but Mary Jane style) in Mass. are usually found in our Dick's Sporting Goods and Olympia Sporting goods stores. They also have the Disney jibbits. Not sure if you have access to these stores in your area or online. Glad you got through the storm OK.

I love your finds!! I know exactly what you mean about not being able to find adult Princess tops!! I look every place I can think of for a cute Belle or Cinderella shirt, but it's nearly impossible. I feel like a lot of juniors departments have Tink shirts, but I feel like I definitely can't get away with that! I adore your Cinderella top-- so funny!
Love the Disney crocs-- especially Claire's Ariel set! How adorable!! That dress really is perfect for AK-- love giraffe print!

Love all of your purchases! Shopping for Disney trips is my favorite kind of shopping!!! We have a few stores around here that just sell Crocs. I've gone a few times to buy Maddie some jibbitz, but I haven't bought crocs there. I just ordered her a new pair online a few months ago. They didn't have the Minnie Janes in her size, so I just bought regular black Mary Janes (no Mickey head holes). They were only $9.99!!!

I love the dress for AK. I don't know if you've seen all of my purchases on my PTR, but Target has a halter dress in the same print as the tank I bought Madison (orange and yellow leopard print). I wanted to buy it for her, but she doesn't like wearing dresses. I told her I'm going to wear a dress or two on vacation, but she didn't care.

I love the Princess shirts you were able to buy for yourself. They are so cute! I was only able to wear t-shirts to WDW last January. June was too hot and I know that this Sept is going to be steamy too. I always buy Disney fruit snacks to bring with us too. We usually bring the Princess Teddy Grahams too (they're delicious). Any kind of snack with a Disney logo on it makes in on our trips.

The crocs are to die for. I am so sad that they are not offering them through crocs.com anymore Know what that is about? Luckily I bought Abby red ones for our last trip that were too big and so she can now use them for our Christmas trip

Your Cinderella shirt is so precious. We are getting the LSU shirts, but just Abby and I. Chris will wear his LSU polo and Aiden his jersey (b/c his size, like Claire's, is not available).
