i've never seen a card caddy in person, but DD13 has a skirt purse and LOOOOVES it. they call it a skirt purse because the outside has snaps and hooks (hidden) that you can undo and actually take the outside off the purse, and put on a different one. DD has 3 skirts for her purse-denim, ombre giraffe and spring swirl-they're all gorgeous, and changing skirts only takes maybe a minute.

Natalie's Mommy - the thermal totes are great but they are not coolers. They are designed to keep cold items cold and warm items warm. I use one everyday but am not sure it would keep things really cold in the Florida heat.

maybe i'm having a blonde moment but i dont get why it wouldn't if i threw and ice pack in there. my plan was to get two, one for juice boxes and frozen water bottles and one for snacks (i'd put an ice pack in there to keep them cool)

I have an icepack in mine right now, as does DH, and it keeps our food nice and cold! . I'm going to stick one of these bags in my park bag (I haven't tried to see if it'll fit yet.... I think it will) with baggies filled with ice to keep our food cold until we're ready for lunch. If we need to refill ice throughout the day, we'll just go to a CS place and get a water or something and will just refill our ice baggy.

I have to say, that although I really like the stuff and can't wait to get my order, that after reading their story on their website, I'm dissapointed that they make their items in China....

that is disappointing, but the bags are only manufactured in china. embroidering, headquarters and distribution is in ohio.
as is sadly the case these days, many, many products are made in china. vera bradley bags are also made in china, and their quality is very poor, based upon my experience with them. thirty-one is a much better quality bag.
