Thinking of going in November, lots of questions!

Ok, here I go -- I will be coming with my husband and 2 boys, ages 4 and 7 months, probably for 3 nights.

1) Which resort is best with kids of those ages?
2) Are the kids suites worth the extra dough?
3) Is the club level worth the extra dough?
4) What are the kids camps like?
5) Are the cribs actually pack n' plays, or real cribs?

Finally, is Universal Studios a good choice for a 4 year old? We've done Disney a couple of times, and wanted to try something new.

We're going in November also. I'm still debating whether to stay at WDW or Universal.
We stayed at RPR a few years ago when DS was 5. He loved it, especially the pool at RPR. I can't remember how the restaurants were. FOTL access at the parks could not be beat.
