I like to go concierge when we stay at WDW--just to have everything taken care of and so I can relax completely. I love the convience of just being able to get breakfast for my son rather than go out. However, the AP prices for concierge next year aren't that great, and the dining plan is looking really good at only 45 dollars a day between the two of us. Do you think I will miss the luxury of concierge terribly if I substitute this aspect of our trip for lots of dining out (when we go concierge, we rarely go to the sit down restaurants--we are not big eaters and snacks and a couple counter service meals are usually fine). This way we will be doing table service every night instead, and probably some character breakfasts. Some of the restaurants I am trying of trying are Whispering Canyon, Ohana's, Coral Reef, Alfredo's, Le Cellier, Narcoosee's and Artist Point. I want to plan a long trip so we can fit it all in! Oh, hoping to try Boma as well.
