You can book the land and sea portions separately. This is what we did for our Nov. 2003 trip. I figure we are saving atleast $900.00 by booking this way. We are a family of 5 and need two rooms, both on the ship and on land. I was able to get the secret porthole rooms for the ship and we plan on staying at one of the All Stars in connecting rooms. I like booking them separately because we can tailor the land portion to our needs (we can determine which passes to buy and how many days, etc.). I guess we are giving up the luxury of only checking in once (at the resort), but the cost savings of booking separately far outweigh that! Also, since we are DC members we can get discounts on the rooms and tickets.
