I am looking for info on resales, can anyone help me out with contacts/website info to evaluate if this is a better option for me?
Thanks;)

We bought through Jaki Apetz with atimeshare.com. She was very helpful. Do a search using just Jaki on these boards and you will get lots of information. Another one is TheTimeShareStore. Many have referenced this group as well. I would contact both and don't just look at the current listings, tell them what you are looking for. Many properties never make it to the listings. They will tell you what is a fair offer based on the number of points used/banked, the home resort that you want, and just the general climate for the size of point package that you are seeking. Don't get locked into just one agent until you actually make an offer. Be straight forward and let them know whoever comes through for you will get the sale. Sometimes you just click better with one agent than the other. Good Luck.

Timeshare Store was good for us.

Another vote for Jaki. She guided us thru the whole process and was very helpful.

We used Jaki Apetz at A TIMESHARE BROKER as well. Her # is 888-345-2622. She is great to deal with and very professional. She stays in good communication with you and makes the transactions very easy.

Good luck

We have purchased twice through Shontell with the Timeshare Store. They are the sponsors of this board so you can follow the link. The second resale we purchased never made it to the boards. We called Shontell earlier in the week and told her what we were looking for. Within five days a resale came up that was in the ballpark of what we were looking for. Shontell was great to work with both times. Give them a call and tell them what you are looking for and see what happens! Happy hunting. ;)
