Thinking I will order the slipper dessert for DDs 8th bday dinner at CRT, but how?

How do I pre order this? I think I read somewhere that it needs to be preorder this and its not thru crt, but some other bakery or something?? Point me in the right direction please.

I think there is someplace on the website that describes the various things that they can do for birthdays at CRT. We ordered the slipper for my daughter's 6th birthday; she loved it!
