Yes, you can request a building or two if you'd like. I've done that a few times and either got the building I requested or one near it. Or one no where near it. It just depends on how busy they are.

There have been some real cash bargains on 1brs at OKW and SSR so it is worth a look
While I love OKW if you need dining option SSR gives you lots a DTD
