I wasn't sure where to post this thread, so I just decided to put it here. So I'm a college student and, as the title says, I'm thinking about getting a job at Disneyland. I live about 25-30 minutes away from Disneyland if traffic isn't bad, and maybe 45 minutes if it is bad. But then again, i don't know how it is for cast members, but i know that when I visit even though it takes 30 minutes to get there by the time i park and walk to the entrance it's usually been over an hour since i left home. This would also be my first real job.

So what do you think? Should I go for it? Do you think that it would be close enough? And it would be good for a first job?

Disneyland cast members have their own car park which is a few blocks from Disneyland, they take staff on site with a free shuttle :thumbsup2

May as well a first job is a first job.

You might look into the college program as well, but they only have some positions at DLR and many times more at WDW. Though it might be harder to get in if you have no work experience.

Do it! If I lived closer I totally would. I can live vicariously through you and my dream job.

I would definitely apply if you are interested. Why not? :goodvibes

Also look into the College Program. It's an excellent program and Disney gets a large amount of CMs from it. You can only participate while still a student, so it's the perfect time for you.
