I think we might have to give Blue Bayou a second try. We didn't enjoy it so much on our last trip, but people seem to love it.

We went for the first time last May and loved it. We sat waterside and I highly recommend it. We had an 11:45am priority seating and when we arrived I asked if we could sit waterside. We had to wait an extra 10 minutes but it was worth it. The people on the POTC boats kept yelling across the water asking if our food was good. That was a bit distracting but at the same time kind of fun. I would definately go to Blue Bayou again.

I have herd from a friend its best to go before noon to get waterside seating.

When we went we had a late seating, after 8pm and we were waterside. I think it's the luck of the draw.

We are in our new house! Last night was our first night sleeping here. We will be moving all day again today so I won't be around much.

I buy and sell antiques so moving all that stuff can be really exhausting.

Michelle! I didn't know you were over here! I was scrolling around looking at TRs and found your pre-trip. We are now definitely going to DL on either fall break or spring break, just not sure which yet. My aunt is moving back to LA since my uncle died this spring, so we will be visiting her for a week in Simi Valley. We still have the Dec. WDW trip booked, but I think it will be moved to which ever break the DL trip isn't. We will only to to DL for 2 days, I think.
It is very weird planning DL and WDW at the same time!

Yay, I can watch you plan and learn from you!

I'm in. I'm tenatively planning on being in Disneyland the same time you are to see the Candlelight Processional. I've been to Disneyland in December every year since 2003. It's literally reached a point where I'm not fully in Christmas mood until I've gone to Disneyland.

If I ever get caught up on all my trip reports I may actually succeed in starting a pre-trip report. But before I do that I really should catch up with my trip reports.
