Things Get Weirder In This City Of Mine

So, I live in this small city in the Maritimes. It's always been boring & strange (albino porcupines anyone?). Anyways, last labor day weekend we had this HUGE concert.
There were around 80,000 people from all over (that's a lot for a place like this). The Rolling Stones, Our Lady Peace, Maroon 5 & Les Trois Accords played. Of course, the real reason people were there for was the Stones.
So this labor day weekend it's going to be in Halifax.
My city is Halifax's biggest rival, and we don't like that. & the other city is being rude about it saying they'll show us up.
WELL-
A radio station in my city, decided they weren't going to sit there and let Halifax have the glory. The began a petition trying to bum the concert off of them. Only it's on TOILET PAPER.

But they did start an online petition as well.

Well, that's interesting. My town has NOTHING going on...except for teh teachers going on strike... but that's about it...

Our teachers were going to go on strike about a year ago. But instead it was work to rule or something like that. They weren't allowed to do after school activities, give extra help or supervise. So every lunch hour was spent inside, in the cafeteria.
