My Pop and I are pretty much recovered. Mine wasn't so bad. I did get a minor infection on one side and they had to put me on a stronger antibiotic. That's wasn't tons of fun.

Pop's jaw was pretty beat up, but the good news is that his biopsy came back clear. So no issues there. Clean bill of health.

Ugh to the infection. glad you are both healed and that your dad's biopsy was negative. that's a relief!

In other news.....I registered for the Princess Half Marathon! We got early registration for the half since the P's are DVC members, so I got to take advantage of that. I'm freaking out! I'm super excited though, because Caitlin, Mary Ellen, and Cynthia will be running. It's going to be awesome!

Glad you are feeling better! Teeth suck. Well at least when they hurt they do! I just whacked my DH because we clearly missed some yummy food! I have now started a list of yummy food I see on the Dis that I need to try next time. Curious to see how you felt about that bacon cupcake! I'm not going to lie...we were really excited about it....and we didn't really like it!

We got the Germany Mac n cheese last time but didn't try it and gave it to our daughter thinking it was standard fare (and in my defense I had sausage on the mind). Epic fail on my part. I never noticed the Rafiki diaper check. Every time I passed by that topiary I just laughed at Simba's wild hair. His mane was definitely effected by the FL humidity.

Glad you're healing from getting the wisdom teeth out. I had a horrible experience with that which I will avoid talking about now so that I don't scare anyone who needs to get it done.

Also, I hope you can run soon. It is AWFUL being forced to take time off - so hard to get going again, it feels like! I was on a no-running diet (doctor's orders) from March through April to May, and I'm just now running 3 miles at a time again. It's crazy how far back it can set you if you're lazy like me.

Ok, I want to eat that nudel gratin. But not the chicken and apples (?), that just sounds unappetizing to me!! I'm not a big fan of apples that are cooked - I don't like apple pie, for example.

I knew that something wasn't right, because it had been several days, and I still had a lot of pain on my right side, and it started to radiate down into my throat. I knew from research that it meant the start of an infection, so I made sure to go and see the oral surgeon.

Mary Ellen, I'm legitimately freaking out. This is the biggest thing I've ever done from a physical perspective. It scares me and excites me at the same time. I told Jeni, my SIL, that as long as I throw up after the race and not before, then I'll be fine.

My picture on SSE turned out pretty funny. I definitely don't look like myself.

If your'e heading to F&W, make sure you check the Disney Food Blog regularly. They'll have the full menus from the booths posted before the festival starts. I always use them to prepare so I know what I'm trying.

I was pretty excited about the bacon cupcake too. I wasn't here or there on it. Didn't hate it. Didn't love it. I'll explain in more detail when I get there.

I've always loved Spaceship Earth, it was my favorite when I was little too. If I'm being honest, I miss Jeremy Irons narration, but I still enjoy the ride.
