They Call Me MISTER PIG- He Said, She Said (9/1 Lights, Thunder, Fantasmic? Page 47)

omg you play WoW?! My fiance and I used to play WoW too! (Actually we met on our server... :rolleyes1:) I was a human warrior, he was a night elf druid. :rotfl: I used to be so addicted to WoW and raided my butt off, then got eaten by the real life monster and quit the game.

Don't worry about needing to tie him up though.. we can all be friends?? :D I'll be working at WDW soon as a professional intern so if you ever go back to WDW let me know.. we cool kids can hang out! :cool1:

Yes. I play a Shaman Troll. I love her. She is Elemental. What I really rock is the Auction house. By level 20 I had over 500 gold. He plays pretty much every class but is strictly Horde.

I guess us cool people should stick together. There are so few of us! ;)

Big Baby diaper rash???? :confused3 Is that anything like "crotch rot"?

Seriously, enjoying the TR immensely.. Just got caught up after a week's absence. Looking forward to the next update

To be honest I didn't ask him. There are somethings not even a wife wants to know! :) Glad you are still enjoying our little webisodes. I hope to wrangle He into another update tonight.

Are those Hives or Are You Just Happy to See Me?

She Said- After dropping the Cat off at Neverland Club with a bit too much glee we headed over to Epcot. We had dinner ADR’s for the highly coveted Le Cellier. We made our way over to Canada without much time to spare. Apparently Le Cellier had their computers crash but had just gotten them restored as we entered. Because of said computer glitch we waited close to twenty minutes for a table but it was dark and cool inside so it wasn’t that much of a hardship.

We were taken to our table, a small two person table in the center of the room. The décor is lovely. I had heard that it was loud but it seemed quiet enough to me. We were told about the providences and given food recommendations by our server, and then came the very yummy bread. I love the pretzel but He loved the sour dough. I ordered the cheddar cheese soup and it was very yummy (oh and I hate bacon- I couldn’t taste it at all). He had the Spicy Chicken and Chipotle Sausage which He liked even though it was very different than what he was expecting.

Next we ordered. We both got the mushroom filet. The reviews on Dis I think ruined this meal for us. Because while it was good, it was just good. Nothing special. Actually we were talking about meals we would skip on our next trip and Le Cellier happened to be on that list of four. It just didn’t wow us like I had read about. In fact I thought my steak was over cooked and drowning in the sauce.

He Said- The best part was the moose explode! I had tons of fun with my dessert.

I did not enjoy the steak. I wanted regular ole tender seasoned steak on which I could deposit gratuitous amounts of A1. Any guy would understand. Instead, it had a bunch of weird stuff thrown in there. I was not impressed like I wanted to be. In fact, I think I remember craving Outback when I left. Too bad we were all the way in Canada... Speaking of Canada, people look at you funny when you yell “Oh Canada!” well past the oh Canada section of the world showcase. Just a little FYI. It also causes significant others to act like you aren’t so significant.

She Said- From Epcot we grabbed a bus to Animal Kingdom. We had a fistful of Fastpasses to use. But first a quick bathroom break, which I wouldn’t tell you about if it wasn’t important. Believe me I understand the concept of too much info. Anyhoo I was washing my hands and this cleaning lady was spraying every surface (including me) with a cleaner. I was slightly annoyed but brushed it off as nothing.

He Said – I, on the other hand, would have loved to talk about all the times I went to the can on this trip. Sometimes it was a meaningful and magical experience. Just try and keep the kids away from the term “magic dump” and you’re ok. Anyway…

She Said - It was EMH so we lined up for another set of color clashing wristbands. We headed over to Dinosaur with our handy dandy fastpasses. And then I started to feel it… My hands started to itch, and then my arms, and then I started to feel very light headed and ill. As we stood waiting to board He started getting concerned. I was doing a pretty good impression of a tomato by that point. But no way was I getting off. I wanted to ride darn it!

He Said – Dinosaur was rockin. She was not rockin. She was about to be barfin. She gave me halfhearted smiles after the ride but I knew what was up. She wasn’t blushing. She was about to pop with happy little hives. Oh, and Dinosaur got my goat. I’m a thrill ride junkie. I scoff at 400 foot tall roller coasters, and crave for more than the pathetic 120 mph launches. If I had a goat, he would have died. The surprise at the end totally triggered my fight or flight reflex, and I think it was one of the biggest adrenaline highs I got the entire trip. Just remember, the rush is a one time deal. Enjoy!

She Said - I really loved that ride. It reminds me so much of Indiana Jones in Disneyland which is my favorite. I wish I hadn’t been so ill though and could have enjoyed it more.

As we disembarked I asked a CM about first aid. By this point I was losing feeling in my fingers and toes and was fully starting to freak. It took us a bit to find the place but He helped me walk and not fall down in my dizzying state. I was burning up and just miserable as we entered. The nice lady immediately gave me some liquid Benadryl and very helpfully reminded me to take off my rings. It was tricky to get them over my enlarging fingers but if I had started to swell anymore we would have had to cut those suckers off. A few more people came in, some nice girls our age with some nasty bug bites from KS.

I was starting to feel better but the hives weren’t going anywhere. The lady asked me about food allergies which I have but knew that this wasn’t. Food allergies make me violently sick to my stomach on top of hives. I mentioned the cleaning lady and she got very defensive telling me all about Disney Eco Friendly products. Maybe she thought I planned to sue. Then she started telling me I had sun poisoning. That I was actually so very, very sun burnt that I was getting sick and my skin had just finally turned red. I knew she was wrong (and wanted to kick her) but He seemed to agree.

He Said – It’s better to humor some people. I knew She wasn’t sunburned to the XTREME.

She Said - Finally I was sick of waiting for the hives to go away. I felt well enough so we left and headed with more of our expired fastpasses to EE. There we passed the girls with the bug bites and they waved at us.

He Said - Expedition Everest was awesome. It gives you all the “I don’t know if I’m going to survive this” feeling, some nice drops, and a few surprises. I’d give it 9/10. The only thing I didn’t like was the backwards part. I gear up for forward motion when I ride the rides. I don’t like going backwards for long periods of time. I can’t prep for the changes in motion. This came into play later, otherwise it rocked!

She Said - I know EE is a rollercoaster but it feels more like a ride. It’s not as scary as I expected but the story and detail are outstanding. We decided to hop right back on.

He Said – We passed the nice girls with bug bites from back at first aid both times on our way to EE. They pointed and laughed the first time. They looked quizzically frustrated the second. Yay for timed out fastpasses! And… lazy CMs that could care less. After the second time on EE, the backwards in-the-dark stuff got me. I got off the ride with an instant headache. Felt like someone gave my head a hug and squeezed too hard.

She Said - Now I had a bit of a headache (all those backawards G’s!) but I was becoming less and less red and looking more like my Snow White self! Sunburn my foot!

I wanted to ride Dinosaur again so we got into a ten minute line. In front of us was a family with tiny kids, I was prepared for them to be freaking and melting down but they all loved it! We offered to trade the Cat for one of them but their parent declined with a laugh.

He Said – If the parents of those fearless kids are Disboarders, the offer still stands! I’ll pay you for the trade!

She Said - It was getting dark and we still had Magic Kingdom to hit. We boarded a bus and within thirty minutes were at Space Mountain with more expired Fastpasses. Not a word was said they let us go straight on which sure beat the 60 minute stand by line. I love Space Mountain but I fear years of being taken to Disneyland ruined this for me (this was a theme for the evening). The Disneyland one is much smoother, with better seats, and awesome sound.

He Said – If you weigh more than 200 pounds, equip some body armor. I got the crap beat out of me. The ride was fun, but I couldn’t pay attention thanks to all the jerkyness. I was getting rammed into both sides of a tiny car over and over again. The pathway out was a lot of fun though.

She Said- Next on the list was Pirates. Yes there was a chance that Cat could handle this ride but there was also a chance that those dead Pirates would cause nightmares for the next month. We had no wait- at all. Which was good. I loved the updates but once again felt myself longing for Disneyland. It is just so much better there, and longer, and in a cooler building. Yup I was feeling slightly let down. And tired. Let us not forget tired.

He Said – Yo ho, yo ho, an endless song for meeee. Seriously. It was like being on Nemo’s ride. Only the repeated song was more gruff. On the plus side, Captain Jack’s animatronic self was highly detailed! I wanted hugs n pictures with him.

She Said- By now He was starting to get good and grumpy. I get it. I was tired too but since I woke him up before six it was all on me. He wanted to bail, badly, but I had one last must do ride and I knew Cat wouldn’t survive it - The Haunted Mansion.

To show you how Disney confused I was I kept looking for a Mansion near enough to see Splash Mountian. Yup I was thinking of Disneyland. We found it and I remembered that this one wasn’t nearly as cool. I like walking through the corridor at Disneyland and I might be wrong but I think the stretching room is actually an elevator down at DL, not so at WDW.

We got on rather quickly but the ghouls were in no mood to play and we were stuck for a good fifteen minutes in the music room. I liked the updates and how it felt like there was more of an actual storyline but I still was missing my Disneyland. He was missing his sleep.

He Said - It was okay. Better if you plan on making out. Great if you have easily frightened children and you manage to sneak them onto the ride.

She Said - It was now late. Like 10:30 pm late. We needed to get Cat by midnight or she would turn into a pumpkin. He said we had plenty of time. He was wrong. The TTC monorail was packed so we took the resort line. I started to think everything would be okay and then we got off. Biblical mass sighting number five! Wow oh wow. Still no fish but it took us four trams to get on one. We made it to the van by 11:20. Not too bad. We should make it in plenty of time right?

He Said – “Thank you for riding the Disney Transportation System. Please stay clear of the doors.” They should have put something over the intercom about moving your butts and getting the crap outta the way. We could see the Poly from the TTC. Why we decided to drive to that darn place I’ll never know. It took half an hour to take the van all the way out to BFE and back around to the Poly. Maybe 200 feet from where we started. Oh well. By this point I was walking funny anyway.

She Said - We made it over to the Poly (with the van to put The Cat into) at ten till twelve. I felt bad. We were the last parents and The Cat was sleeping. They told us she had been so good and such a helper (a shocker- I know!) I carried her out to the car and strapped her in. Cat told us when we got back to the room that we were the LAST parents, man, kid, way to twist that guilt knife! By 12:30 we were all so tired we barely crashed into the beds before falling asleep.

On The Next Webisode of Mister Pig: A Necessary Evil

And as promised a small bonus webisode. She wrote it herself. She is six. Try not to cringe.

Neverland: A The Cat’s Prespective

The Never land club was fun on the first day I met a lots of friends. And I did lots of art. I made my brother a birthday hat and played little pony. I played the little pony most of the time. I liked playing dress up. The kids were about 6, 7, 4,5 years old and there were only girls there but I don’t know why. I had pudding and grilled cheese and I wanted lemonade but I got Coke. At the end I fell asleep and my mom carried me to the car. It was a lot of fun and I want to go back.

Aw, Cat! I love your report about the Neverland Club! ::yes:: I have a little girl who is just about your age and I bet she would like it there! Thanks for telling us about your fun time.:)

Love the new update! Bummer about the "night of disappointments" for you guys. As usual, it seems like y'all made the best of it though. :goodvibes I love The Cat's review of the Neverland Club - she did so good, and I found it very reassuring about my decision to send my kids there in September. Tell her I said "Thanks". :thumbsup2 Can't wait for the next post! popcorn::

LOVE the Neverland report. That is the sweetest thing. I'm glad all your expired FPs worked! Sounds like a fun end to a tiring day. Oh, and sorry about the hives. Did you ever figure out the cause? The very clean bathroom lady?

I am loving this trip report. Cute pictures and I absolutely love the format. I especially loved The Cat's Neverland report.
Future Disboard girl!

Cat - Thank you for your review of the Neverland Club. You did a really good job!:thumbsup2 I think you write just as well as your mom and dad!

Sounds like a busy night. I have to agree about the Disneyland comparison, there are a few rides that are just better there. Pirates has always been one of my favorites and I definately left it a little disappointed. I was glad to hear that Cat enjoyed the Neverland club. DH and I started talking about making a trip without the kids sometime.:rolleyes1

Cat just went to bed. I let her read the replies when she got home from school and she was so thrilled. He just sighed. A disboarder in the making!

Another fun report to read. I agree with a number of the comments you made. Pirates is much better is DL:thumbsup2 . Space Mountain is very jerky and uncomfortable for those over 6' and 200 lbs:bitelip: You are right about HM. In DL you go down and in MK the ceiling rises.

LeCellier is okay, but not as good as many of the reports you read. Last time we were there we waited 55 minutes to get seated with an ADR. The hostess who checked us in screwed up. The manager was very apologetic and gave us a couple of fastpasses for any ride in EPCOT.

CAT's report on Neverland was precious.

Hey. She wanted me to let you all know that it might take awhile for an update. She went and got sun poisioning yesterday and today is very burned and very sick. Its really bad, XTREME! Burnage is not as fun as it sounds. I put her to bed with a Strong Bad Emails DVD to keep her company.

Oh Poor She!!! Take good care of her He, and tea bags on the sun burn help!! ( not dry!)

Love the Cat's input! Also, kind of ironic how you talked about the nurse at WDW thinking your hives were from sun poisoning, which you said they weren't, but now you have it. Hmm....not funny, just ironic. Hope you feel better real soon!

~Beka~

Awww . . . hope SHE is feeling better soon. I'm sure she's pretty miserable right about now. :confused3 Thanks for letting us know what's up, and for taking care her so you guys can give us another post . . . um . . . I mean so she can feel better soon. ;) Lots of well wishes coming your way pixiedust:

Take good care of that woman, HE! We need you both to hear about the rest of this trip! BECCA - feel better really soon, lots of rest, water and aloe! Take it easy and come back to us when you are better! THE CAT - thank you sweetie for your wonderful review of the Neverland club! It sounded like you had a great time! :cutie: :)

Ok, I must say, I am usually a lurker, with few questions. But I have truely enjoyed reading your trip report! I began reading late last night, and kept reading until my eyes crossed. I had to find the thread tonight so I could catch up. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the format of this trip report!!! I can't wait until the next webisode!

Ok, HE - you better take good care of SHE! Hope she feels better soon!

Thanks everyone for the well wishes. I am still not feeling 100%. Actually I am still hurting in an insanely sunburned sorta way which is better than the sun poisioning which was hives and sickness and dizziness and oh so bad. I can say for sure what I had at Disney was not sun poisioning to be honest it wasnt as bad as what I have been dealing with this week. The tea bags were a great suggection and He has been a really trooper. Anway I hope to get replies done tonight and tomorrow and then have an update before He leaves for the beach on Thursday (yup I get another weekend alone with the kids)
