AirTran is correct. You just can't beat a direct flight. Decent ticket prices, too.

Trust me - it gets much easier with a little practice. It's a requirement for parental contact because kids DO NOT EVER listen to voice mail. Luckily you have a few years left! Enjoy them while they last!

Great start to your trip! I'm glad I'm not the only one who drinks before a vacation because I'm so excited. I'm driving the kids to Disney in September so I'll have to wait until we arrive this time. I'm excited to see your location at CSR too. We stayed in Cabanas last time and want to again this year. I think my son enjoyed playing on the "beach" as much as anything else we did at Disney. Your family looks so nice. My daughter had a shirt just like the one your daughter is wearing. Can't wait to hear more. We have ADRs for many of the same restaurants and since we're about 4 months away from our trip, I have plenty of time to obsess about my choices and change them if necessary.

Hurrah for arriving in WDW! Arrival drinks are definitely a requirement to begin vacation! Sounds like your room was a winner even though not what you had initially requested.

Wow on working half day on the day you were leaving - I wouldn't have been able to contain my excitement and naturally my mind would not have been on work!!

Love the photos of CS! That resort made our shortlist but then we decided to save some money and go for Pop - means we have more spending money on the actual trip!

Look forward to reading how long you actually had to wait to meet Rapunzel and Flynn!

You should see it now. The last time I mowed was two Sundays ago, and the combination of rain and sunshine has turned it into the Maharajah Jungle Trek, minus the let-it-all-hang-out bat enclosure. It's supposed to keep raining until Sunday, so I'm going to need a machete!

Ooh I would love having a Maharajah Jungle Trek in my back yard. Be careful of those tigers when you make it out there!

I usually get into other's TRs too late, and have trouble catching up. Fortunately, I got in at the ground floor of MEKs, and I'm doing pretty well at staying with it

We LOVE flying out of Allentown!

The A-town planes fly right over our house, so it's more than convenient!

Every morning was the same thing:

Kristin: "Put on the weather channel."

Kids: "But we want to watch Disney hype!"

Kristin: "You've already seen this 50 times, and that's just this year."

We try to avoid the TV, too, since it seems to triple the time it takes for the kids to get ready in the morning.

I was very glad that the kidney stone passed as quickly as it did!! I had told the Dr's in the ER that I needed the express treatment because we were leaving for Disney on Wednesday. They did a great job!
Just wait until everyone hears what happened to me later in the trip - when Jon tells me I am injury-prone, he is not kidding!!

Yay! I am not the only accident prone one in the world - will have to show this to my husband because he swears I am the only one who can fall UP a set of stairs! I am already feeling your pain before I even hear the details!
