shelly- any developments on your house?????? why wouldn't thosed people want both lots??? And how would you even go about splitting that? What a headache.

No real developments here. Apparently they are planning to retire soon and don't want such a large yard, plus they don't want to spend over a certain amount. But they knew the lot size & price when they made the appointment to see it.

Things are pretty much on hold until about Friday probably. Our attorney advised us to sell it all together. Because of the drain pipes and simply because no one is building right now and he thinks we will be sitting on the extra lot for years. So we told our realtor that and told her that they were either going to have to up their offer and buy the whole thing or else she was going to have to find us a buyer for the lot before we would accept the offer on the house. So now she is scrambling calling every contractor she knows trying to sell the lot! She is giving it until Friday before she presents all this to the potential house buyer because she is pretty sure they will back out at that point because they won't want to spend anymore. So this could all go south in a hurry.

Good grief Shelly! That is something else. What a pain. Hopefully the realtor can come up with something for you. It amazes me what people will do-- the whole offer ont he house and not the lot is kind of weird to me. I would have thought it would have to be a toatl all or nothing package b/c it was listed that way.

Hum... maybe you could end up making more $ by having both sold.

And I started laughing and said-- "Wow-- I haven't heard that in a while-- I must be 16 again."
He said "So-- can we watch it or not?"

And I said "Bwwwaaaah- I'm in a Twilight zone or something- of course you can watch it!" b/c I remember so clearly fighting with my mom over my Metallica and G'n'R music and concerts. Wow. Funny stuff.

The lots can be divided very easily since they were seperate when we bought them. So if it weren't for the minor details of the drainage and the "economy" we could stand to make more money by separating them.

Thanks for telling me about Daughtry! I just might have to make an exception and watch AI tonight then!

Okay, so I just checked and there are exactly 2 ranch houses (they want a ranch)for sale in the buyers price range in the area - one being ours and the other was built in 1966. So their options are not very many! Maybe they will just buy the whole thing! They can always try to sell the other lot if they want to!

At this point I don't really care who wins. Not very fond of any that are left. I do think it is pretty funny that Mike & Ron are both below the yellow line considering how confident they were that Mike was going to win.

I am more interested to see who wins from the contestants that went home already.

Now- Shelly- maybe that MAYer luck will rub off on you as well and the buyers will buy the entire thing. And you're right- they could be the ones to sell the lot if they don't want it.


RF- nope don't have that with Julie Andrews. I do however have the Disneyland music-- from Walmart- I think that's what it is called. Don't remember.

Mari- when I'm on the computer, I listen to Subsonic radio online. It's very good stuff if you can get it to play for you.
The stuff I have saved on my computer was gotten thru a thread a loooong time ago here that was removed. Someone had somehow gotten tons of disney music and lots of people were downloading it. I have POTC ride thru, SPectromagic, Peoplemover, Epcot opening loop, TOT queue loop, TOT ride, Aerosmith preshow for rnr coaster, RNRcoaster Aersosmith loop, 20000 leagues loop, Share a dream come true parade, WIshes, Fantasmic, Haunted mansion, Winnie the pooh loop, Frontierland loop, Carousel of Progress, Space mtn loop- tunnel and others, Peter Pan, Skyway to tomorrowland, Main street usa loop, Magic Kingdom entrance loop, and whew! A few others.
