This is totally off topic but I have a question for all of you Biggest Loser watchers:

Is it true that Tara hadn't been heavy for very long? That she gained like 150 pounds in a year and a half RECENTLY or something?

I haven't heard anything like that. Who knows though. I am pretty discussed with the whole show right now and could care less who wins out of those who are left. Biggest Loser better watch out, I am about ready to boycott them like I have American Idol since Daughtry was voted off several years ago!!

DL Trip report!

Yesterday was Bats Day at the Park! It is when the Goth culture comes out to play at Disneyland. http://www.batsday.net/

This year a few of us decided to go Goth and join in the fun.

Of course, we needed a new button, so here is the button for the day:

Vivian and I were the most Goth of our group. She really did a good job, made her own Jack Skellington hair clips. Like my hair?

Michele really like my green hair - I surprised her!

We went over to DCA first and met up with some new people from New Hampshire then headed over to TOT to get FPs, then off to TSMM! A group of Goths wanted our picture - they just love Viv's Jacks hair clips.

We had some re-admits and were able to ride a couple of times using the single rider line, virtually no wait time! California Screamin' was closed when we first came over, but it came back up after our rides on TSMM. Vivian found another DL re-admit and we all jumped on that ride!

When we got off the ride, a Goth saw us and we took pics together. Check out those boots...LOL!

Went over to Cover Bar and met up with Clo, she was trying to be Goth in this pic...NOT!

Then took a ride into another demension...the Tower of Terror!

Finally, we headed over to DL...my wife and I had matching shoes...she was sort of Goth yesterday. We were trying to color her hair red, but it didn't work.

Ran into our friend Curt, waiter at C33. He was wearing a utility kilt! Too bad my wife didn't get a better shot...LOL.

TSMM CMs were there with us in line...they were sort of Goth...

This lady was a trip, she just loved Viv and want our picture...

So after our group picture in front of the steps at HM, the ride went down and whole bunch of security were swarming the area. Then 4 EMTs showed up with a stretcher and headed down the ride exit of HM. The whole ride was evacuated and shut down for about an 1 hour or so...no ride! Boo Hoo!

It was time to go home. We headed out around 9 pm. We were parked on top of the roof of the parking structure. By the time we got there it was almost time to watch the fireworks. It was fun to watch them up there because they launch them from behind the park.

Stop off for dinner at In-n-Out Burger (of course!) Tired but happy!

A lady came over to my wife while we were waiting for our food and she said to her that her daughter liked our matching shoes. Then she told her, that her daughter wanted to know why she wasn't as cool as we were!! LOLOL!! That made our night!

I am bouncing off the walls I can't wait! I don't have much more to do... I'm already (mostly) packed, my touring plans are done, I shipped my toiletries to POP today, I have all my conf #'s, my hair appt is the day after tomorrow.... So I need to find a way to pass some time.

Any thoughts?

I have no idea but she is on the cover a magazine at the grocery store (or she was last week.)

Not many people came to the open house yesterday...the weather was too nice I guess. No offers.

We do have another showing tomorrow though.

Sometimes it seems like...one step forward and then two back. But as long as I keep getting that step forward I guess.

As for how I am feeling... I'm doing well... but having all this house stress gone would probably do wonders. But my first appointment with the specailist is July 6th... so i'm going to keep busy untill then. Luckily it's right after the july long weekend...so I'll be busy at the cottage and not thinking so much about it.

Morning

Ugh. Monday already. This weekend went by sooo fast. We didn't go to Ichiban for our dinner, we decided on P.F. Changs instead. It's my favorite restaurant besides Lidia's - and I wasn't in the mood for Italian. So we did that and then came home and watched National Treasure 2

Very Romantic!

AND!!!! - 1 week from today I will be at Epcot for my birthday, drinking my way around the World Showcase, eating sushi for lunch and going to Yachtsman for dinner.

Is there any drinks that you guys suggest from WS - or anywhere?? I have a list

I know that I want to try a Grey Goose Lemon Slush from France, (I had the grand marnier last time) Rosa Regalia from Italy, Plum Wine from Japan, German Ice Wine, Margaritas in Mexico, a Lapu Lapu from O'hana and a "Magical Star Cocktail" from any of the signature places.

Magical Star Cocktail - Light up your celebration with X-Fusion Organic Mango and Passion Fruit Liqueur, Parrot Bay Coconut Rum, Pineapple Juice, and a souvenier multicolored glow cube $9.75

Not all at once of course.
