Yuck on having a jerky person in your class. I'm pretty sure I know the type, get them all the time at the shelter. You know, the ones that know waaaaay more than you do about animals and have to tell you everything you are doing wrong. If I ran the shelter I wouldn't do it that way......

Ah man, I want to see all the booty!! I thought that doughnut was real and wondered where you got some with Mickey sprinkles on them. Then I realized it was a magnet. Yeah, it's Monday.

I want to see the rest of the booty!!! Currently my closest Disney Outlet is an hour and a half away but they are getting ready to expand the Outlet Mall that is 5 minutes from me. I've got fingers and toes crossed that they will add a Disney Outlet there!

So jealous that you only have 36 days till ADR time.

Cruise? Been thinking about that myself....

This is interesting.. I would love to know some of the "homework" you do during the trip? I would love for the kids to do something while there and bring back to class?!?!

Last trip my two youngers (8 and 10 at the time) did the Physics: Waves class at Magic Kingdom. That one was about ways Disney uses light waves and sound waves in attractions. They rode Haunted Mansion, then did the tunnels below the ride and saw how the holograms are made. Watched Philharmagic and discussed acoustics and 3-D viewing. I think they did another ride as well, and then also had some various activities that were outside of the rides. My crew loved it.

My teenager did a Marine Biology class at Living Seas where she helped diagnose and treat a sick fish, talked about feeding/care and conservation of the various animals, and learned about the various job options for marine scientists at EPCOT and Disney.

Love me a good shopping trip! We have a Disney store not too far from here, but not an outlet store. Hmm, second thought, there might be one south of Boston or up in NH, but I never get to those outlet malls. Sounds like you got a lot for the $$! Nothing makes me happier than a good deal!

Hoping to take a good look at those park hours tomorrow! Working from home tomorrow but it should be a quiet day so my multi tasking plans are work, Disney planning, and laundry! Lots of laundry!

Gurnee Mills is a pretty good hike too. we won't be going there often... from my understanding there are closer ones. I have to check into this! I am sure like any other outlet store it is a hit or miss?!?! we really got a hit! I will take pictures and post as soon as i can!

We used to do the "war" too. Although we would hold them up and count to three and bang them together. The one egg that won would get taken outside and smashed to bits. My cousin and I would love that game and we did it with my grandparents. Man I miss them!

Ooohhhh...love the Disney Outlet....be sure to hit them up on federal holidays...my observation is normally when there is a federal holiday there is an additional 25% off clearance...nothing official, just an observation...so make a trip on Memorial Day weekend...I find the sales sometimes start on Thursday before, sometimes not until Friday and usually run though Sunday. Again, just an observation from shopping at my local Disney Outlet for many years. Call them to make sure before you go!

I had every intention in going home showering relaxing start working diligently on my spreadsheets!!!
Nope boys had baseball, eh well it was beautiful out Meg and i did our GETTING INTO SHAPE for Disney walk as the boys practiced.
Today i have to work Job 2 (which is a work out in itself) Hopefully i can get a bunch of work done here so i can start planning... Priorities ya know.

If you read my PTR and saw the video you might have "met" Kathy and her daughter. We have been friends for a LONG time. well our Disney addiction bonded our friendship even more. Her daughter is currently in the Disney college Program and loving every moment of it. Kathy has been dreaming of moving to Florida for a long time... Well in April They took the plunge!! They are HAPPILY Living in Florida!!!! about 20 minutes away from Disney and i am as jealous as i can be! No... I am SO HAPPY FOR THEM they are living the dream!!!
Talking with her yesterday and she showing me pictures of the BEAUTIFUL house It looks like we will be leaving a couple of days early to visit with her and her family!!!

THEN i was beebopping around on facebook and came across something called Pixi Dust Delivery.. we were talking about it and she said she could do better then that! WHAAAAAAAAAAAA? She is supposed to call me today to talk and quote me!!!! I am OVER THE MOON Excited!!!! YAY month Pixi dust! Love the CP b-fast, I try to go every time I'm in WDW. And I like the party being that evening. Seems nice to have breakfast, do rides, go home, maybe nap and head to the party! Never been to a MVMCP but I've been during the holidays; magic on magic! I can't wait to see your parade pics!

Just wanted to write a quick hi before going to bed. We leave tomorrow for Virginia, then the next morning for Disney!! Cant' wait!

You are so lucky to have a Disney store, let alone a few outlet locations! We had a Disney store in a mall near me, but it closed many years ago. There is nothing close to me and I sooo wish there was. I can't wait to see photos of your finds at the outlet. Sounds like you scored big time. Good for you!

Baseball season again. Yay! I love baseball! Are they playing actual games yet or just practicing? The weather gets a bit dicey at times, but I just love being outside and watching the little people trying so hard and having fun.

As for Grand Floridian, we like to eat at the GF Cafe. The food is great, as is the service, and it's just a bit quieter there if you're looking for a bit a relief from the crazy noise at most restaurants. I have always wanted to stay at GF, just because I've been in love with the Grand Hotel in Michigan ever since watching the movie Somewhere in Time, and the GF reminds me of that place. Of course, we will never stay there because I cannot justify the price, even when it's discounted. I can stay more days if I stay at a mod or value, so that's what I'd rather do. We did very much enjoy WL when we stayed there, but I get why it wouldn't work for you.

Right now it's practice. Opening day is this weekend.. I am happy to watch the kids play again especially since they moved up to the majors. BUT i still have residual issues with the people on the board and not looking forward in seeing them again.

Information about the clocks IIII

Does it bother anyone that the roman numerals on the clock on Cinderella Castles’ front is represented by “IIII” rather than “IV”? This representation is also used on the clock on the front of the American Adventure in Epcot. Check the clock along the sidewalk on Main Street and the one at the Pirates of the Caribbean attraction, they both say “IIII”. Both symbols are correct as the “IV” symbol was not used until after the Colonial period. The Disney Imagineers carried this through the Cinderella film, which shows the same “IIII” representation. Interestingly, the clock depicted in Stained Glass in the Castle Suite, shows four as “IV”.
