I'm not the person who originally posted about getting the stove but my DD has it and loves it. It is one of her favorite and most played-with AG toys. She loves to play with anything that involves cooking - pretend or real. She has lots of toy food and "cooks" all of it on Kit's stove. I got lucky and caught the Cyber Monday deal on it and it was definitely worth every penny. Having seen how much DD plays with it, I would even pay full price for it if I had to get a replacement. Do be aware that it's plastic, not metal. But still seems really sturdy. As a matter of fact, it fell off the coffee table not long ago and the hutch part popped off. I just knew it was going to be broken or cracked but it didn't have a scratch on it and popped back together very easily.

I didn't even get to open it yet b/c DD is always with me lol! I really wanna open it though and sneak a peak, so hopefully tonight, I will let you know.

Not sure if i mentioned it here (I was so excited about the deal I got, I was posting everywhere lol), but I got Kits Desk at a consignment shop and it really is a nice piece, heavy wood both the desk and the chair and the chair swivels. DD has the typewriter set so I know she will really enjoy putting Kit at her desk now.

We are about 2 hours away from the Outlet, but go up that way often for the weekends, so it works out great. You can get some incredible deals. I am hoping I can find a pet for my niece for Christmas!!! DD is getting the Bitty Baby twins, so I want to get her some clothes.

Did you see the fall sale info on mcm's website? If you're within driving distance and can arrnage to take a few hours off during the day, it looks like bitty & twins outfits will be $10.

I went last fall and it was a madhouse but this year with tickets and assigned times, it should be much better. DD9 has been begging for a few days away so this looks like a great time to visit friends and spend a night or two at the Kalahari...

I opened up the stove as best I could, but it actually has to be put together (just the top piece connects to the stove part, looks easy) but it does look very cute. I think DD will like it, I am also going to get her the baking table and all those little treats.

Try Target. They have a lone called Our Generation. We have liked all the stuff we have bought and it all works with American girl dolls.

thank you OP! I just ordered Felicity and one of her outfits! Shipping came to about $13 for me, and the discount was $12 so that was awesome! Almost all done with my AG Christmas shopping....although I say that now, I'm sure I'll change my tune when the holiday catalog comes out! But I feel better knowing that Felicity is on her way!

Kmart had a whole wall of matching outfits a month or two ago. Very cute, I just haven't had a chance to look closely.

Some of the stuff from Target is cute, we've had the bathtub for a few years now and it's held up really well. The selection online is also much bigger than any of my local stores.

Walmart also seems to have their own knock-off line of accessories now also. I only walked by but saw bean bag chairs, pets and a bunch of other smaller items in near their version of the dolls.
