There is a walkway from the shrine to the restaurants. Going away from the shrine, the walkway is on the left side of the road. In a little bit, there’s one on the right as well. We checked today.

I do not know where the thread is...someone wanted to Uber to Shrine, then walk to a restaurant. It can be done!

I am talking about the restaurants that are the opposite way than the outlets as you leave the Shrine. You make a left as you leave the Shrine.
