There are these flowers at Epcot's Flower & Garden Fest that resemble Animal's head!

Not AN animal's head. Animal, from the Muppet's, head. They're these stalks that grow up with leaves growing out in all directions (like Animal's hair), the leaves on the bottom being dark green and then bright fuchsia on the top. The "petals" look exactly like the leaves, only a different color.

My in-laws saw these and loved them, but couldn't find the name. They asked several CMs, who had no idea.

Any horticultural experts who might have any idea what I'm ramblin' about? My in-laws would like to find some for their garden. After seeing them, they feel their garden is incomplete without them.
