There are always taxis outside hotels and parks or I have to make reservations in advance? Some recommendations of the best cab company with good service and exact rates? Thank you.

There are normally taxi cabs waiting at Disney resorts and parks. At a resort, a doorman can hail or call a cab for you (a tip is appreciated). There are no cabs at the Magic Kingdom, but you can go to the TTC or a Magic Kingdom resort (Contemporary is in walking distance). There should be cabs at the other parks. As anywhere, there might not be a cab when you're trying to leave; if that's the case, check with a Disney Transportation information CM.

Disney only allows taxis owned by Mears Transportation to pick up on Disney property. Mears brands are Yellow Cab, Checker Cab, and City Cab, but I'm not even sure that all three of them pick on on Disney property.

Usually there are taxis waiting at the Deluxe resorts. Otherwise, one can be called for you. At the parks, the Epcot taxi area is by the bus stop.

I have to disagree a little. There are sometimes, maybe usually, taxis waiting. But not always. One trip we almost missed a breakfast ADR because, even though we had called for a taxi, there were none available when we went to get one. It took 2 more phone calls by a resort CM before one finally showed up. So even though taxis usually work great, keep in mind that you can't count on one being immediately available when you want one. It may take a little while.
