Hi, I have one question... Someone know if there are available shuttles for Gatorland, Kennedy Space Center and Sea World? I am taking a trip soon, visiting WDW April 2012 (after Easter) at Pop Century Resort. Thank you.:thumbsup2

If you're asking if Disney provides free shuttles to their competition, the answer is no. Your options are to rent a car, to take the LYNX public bus system or to hire a towncar or taxi to transport you.

oh no, I mean a shuttle to pick up several people at the same time and have a flat price for a round trip. ;)

There is a public Lynx bus from the TTC that runs past Sea World.

You can take day excursions to KSC; the bus leaves once per day (early!)from either ASM or the Swan, and it's about $60 r/t, plus the KSC admission cost. http://www.kennedyspacecentertours.net/?event=offer.detail&offerId=5832

Gatorland I couldn't tell you.

If renting a car is a possible option, it is normally the best one. If you time your 24 hour rental correctly, you can see both attractions on one daily rental. (Visit Gatorland late afternoon, then do KSC the following morning.)

Renting a car is the most cost effective option. Although I totally understand not wanting to drive. I like to relax on vacation and not worry about directions or traffic.

I have read someplace that there is a shuttle over to Kennedy, but it comes as part of a pkg deal thing. And it isn't a daily thing. Perhaps someone here has more info about that.
I usually take the Lynx bus to SeaWorld. I take it from the TTC..bus 50 I believe. It runs every half hour....www.golynx.com That will give you times. You do need exact change, and you do need to let the driver know that you are getting off at SW..otherwise the bus doesn't automatically stop.
As far as Gatorland, I have no idea.

You can rent a car, or hire a car service, or take a cab. Getting to Kennedy will be the most expensive, probably close to $200 r/t.

We usually stay onsite at Disney Pop Century Resort and definitely don't want a rent a car. Is there an easy and not so expensive way to get from POP to Universal, SeaWorld and Gatorland? :confused3

See, that's the catch. The rental IS the easy, not so expensive way, particularly if you time it so that you keep the car over Saturday night.

Taking a bus or car service to those places is going to cost a lot, restrict when you can go and how long you can stay, and requires a lot more arrangement to set up than renting a car on-property would. Of course, if you cannot drive for whatever reason, bus or car service will be the only option, but IMO it is worth it to rent a car for this if you are able to do so.

From the southeast corner of WDW property at Pop, both KSC and Universal are pretty straight shots north. USIOA is on I-4 and KSC is a straight shot via I-4 and the Beachline to Cape Canaveral. Gatorland is straight east on Osceola from the resort, then north on Orange Blossom Trail.

Won't Mears take this poster where she wants to go? That sounds like the shuttle she's describing.

There is a Mears shuttle to US/IoA, costs about $19 pp, r/t and can be booked the day before you want to go.
I believe they also go to SW. But to the other areas, not so sure.

Amazing what a little research uncovers - I didn't know this either, but apparently yes, Mears will take the OP everywhere she wants to go!

Note that Gatorland is on an unspecified limited schedule, and KSC is on a limited M/W/F schedule. The OP would need to call to find out all the restrictions.
