Youre Not Gonna Want To Miss This!
WELCOME EVERYONE! Whether its your first time visiting, or youre following me on my fourth trip report ever, thank you SO much for stopping by! Youre not going to regret your decision on investing your time into this adventure.
Why you ask? Because this is one of the craziest, frumpiest, and sleep-deprived trips that ever occurred in Walt Disney World. Youre going to be encountering some late nights, early mornings, constant food consumption, and an extreme overpopulation of deer faces. Seriously, entertainment does not get much better than this!
Now before we begin, we need to do the traditional cast list introductions.
Jess

Why hello, everyone! My name is Jess and I will be your storyteller your tour guide your Disney obsessed extraordinaire! Im here to bring you some of the top frumpiest moments in all of Walt Disney World.
I am currently a freshman in college and I am doing a dual major of Graphic Design and Integrated Marketing. As I said, I love all things Disney! I have been to Walt Disney World 20-25 times. It is like my second home, and it is (quite obviously) my favorite place on earth.
I love everything about it the atmosphere, the characters, the food, the music, the smells . Seriously, nothing in the world will ever take its place in my heart! Some of my life goals are to do the Disney College Program, be a character at Walt Disney World (preferably Jasmine), and ultimately end up working for Disney in some way.
This trip that we took in August was one of the most special and unique Disney Adventures Ive ever experienced. I dont think Ive ever been so excited for a vacation and it definitely lived up to my expectations! It was something that never happened before, and probably could never be duplicated. Im so excited to share the story with you all!

Nat (her full name is Natalie) is one of my best friends in the entire world. You probably heard me mention Nat multiple times in my other trip reports, even though she has never really been in them! (Except the bread pudding real life update.. but that's a minor detail.)
Anyways, You are going to LOVE HER. She is one of the most genuine people I have ever met in my life. Similar to me, she has a positive outlook on life, shes always happy, and she loves Disney. Toy Story is her FAVORITE. She started hanging out with Kristen and me so much last year, and we COMPLETELY converted her into a Disney lover. (I think it was the Disney Food Pictures that really did her in! hahaha) She always went to Disney World when she was a kid, but thanks to us, she now appreciates and loves it so much more!
This was the first time shes been to Disney in 2-3 years, and her family is very laid back in their touring plans. So this was a totally new experience to her! It felt like we were showing her everything the first time! Im so glad we got to take Nat on her first commando Disney Vacation!

Kristen

If you read The Port Report: Frumpin Around the World with the Bathrobe Princesses

Kristen is an energetic Disney enthusiast, and Disney World is her happy place. I cant believe that I found someone who loves Disney just as much as I do! Kristen loves all things frumpy Schoolbread, the Monorail, Figment, Stacey, Muppet Vision, Splash Mountain I could go on and on. Her favorite princess is Ariel, and she became a pin trader on this trip. She actually had NO IDEA we were going to show up on her family vacation, but I will explain that more later. One of her mottos is: THERE'S NO SLEEPING IN DISNEY! And she did not let us forget it on this vacation!
Here are Kristen's Disney Favorites:
Favorite Park: Magic Kingdom

Favorite Day of the Trip: Day 4
Heres the whole crew:

From left to right: Sarah, Nat, Kristen, Me, Sue, and Scott.
Sarah is Kristens 10 year old sister who is an absolute angel. Kristen is educating her SO well Sarah is quite the Disney fan, herself. She quotes Stacey all of the time, she knows the names of so many of the rides and restaurants she reminds me of myself when I was a ten year old.

Sue is Kristens Mother. I usually just call her Mother, but considering I usually refer to my own Mom as "Mother" on my trip reports, Im going to stick to calling her Sue. (Or Kristen's Mom) Sue is so funny and she loves Disney as well! This is the second year in a row that she's been to Disney, and she always loves to get the most out of her vacation! She likes to do everything that they didn't do last time. She helped me sneakily coordinate the surprise for Kristen shes a big advocate of surprises! She has such a precious personality and shes like another Mother to me!
Scott is Kristens Step-dad. He is such a nice guy hes pretty chill and he just follows along with whatever plans are made on the vacation. He rides all of the thrill rides with us, because Kristens Mom doesnt go on them. He is very impressed with how good the food is at the restaurants and he always likes to analyze how all of the rides work.
And Our Guest Stars: Vickie and Dan

You probably remember Vickie if you read The Port Report: Frumpin Around the World with the Bathrobe Princesses

Dan is Vickies boyfriend and theyve been together for two years. Hes SUCH a nice guy. This was his first time back to Disney since 2000, so it had been a long time! Dan loves Toy Story, and I think that he really enjoyed his time at Disney with Vick!
We didn't get to see the two of them very much, but the time we got to spend together was great! We had lots of fun!
Okay, now that that's done, there are a few things we may have to go over for all of the new people out there. If youre a loyal reader, this can just be a good review for you.
FIRST of all, the most important question of the day: "What is a Frump?"
Im sure youve all heard the word frump used, but not commonly. Well, thats about to change... because frump is our favorite word!
A frump is basically a lazy person. Like, for instance, on a day when you wear baggy sweatpants and a big tee-shirt, you may say: I look like a frump today.
Frump has many definitions, though. It can also be talking about a crazy person (such as someone who gets a little too excited over Schoolbread or Muppet Vision aka Kristen).
It can be someone who is overly sleep-deprived and laughs at anything.
Or there are always random people in crowds that you just find frumpy. Its a self explanatory kind of thing.
We started with this whole Frump thing (on disboards, anyway) back in January, so were continuing on the tradition for this trip!
The deer face is a very frumpy aspect of our friendship. This face is used for SO many things most commonly excitement. ESPECIALLY about food.

The face originated because, since we are so unathletic, Kristen would do this frumpy run and I would say you run like a deer. Then she would make a face similar to this:

and it reminded me of a deer in headlights.

So, hence, the deer face! It has been a standing joke for over a year now and I dont think its going anywhere.

As I mentioned before, this was a SURPRISE trip. Kristen was on vacation with her family and had no idea that Nat and I were going to show up. Not a clue! I still cant believe we pulled it off.
I really wanted to tag along on this trip (since Vickie was going to be there, too) so I thought of the idea at the beginning of the summer.
It was planned all throughout July. The whole surprise aspect was unpredictable, so I was incredibly excited! I will explain the planning process more in depth in the upcoming posts. But Im telling you Im SO happy it worked out!
Hmmm... what else. Oh! You may have noticed that my Mom did not make an appearance on this cast list. This trip was the first time I ever went to Disney World without her! I turned 18 and BAM I went with no parental supervision. Pretty exciting stuff. It was definitely a different experience (and it was sad and weird to not have my Mom there with me!) but I felt very grown up taking care of everything!
OKAY so more trip details:
We were in Disney from August 19th-24th 2011.
We stayed at Coronado Springs Resort.
And we were on the Disney Dining Plan!
"Keep your hands and arms inside at all times.... Anything else? Oh yeah, have a nice flight."
Alright everybody? Are you ready!? Because it is time TO BEGIN!
