No balloons flying up and no parks, but I do have the dining offer peel back as well as the rectangular offers/info at the bottom. I also have where you can put in dates. (And I've refreshed multiple times. Normally everything is there.)

Just tried to go in to Disney website to book a vacation and the site is still down. Keeping my fingers crossed it is a 2010 deal. Geeze... I bet I will be back up in an hour or so looking again. Maybe I should just stay up. I had chemo today and I am usually wired from the steroids I get with the chemo. At least it is a good night to be wired. Has anyone else seen any threads like this on on any other websites?

The balloons don't fly up until you hover over the birthday envelope with your mouse.

No birthday envelope! (Which, again, I usually have.) I'm using IE, gonna load Firefox and see if that changes anything.

Update ... well it was the same thing on Firefox. But when I came back to IE, everything was back to "normal" on disneyworld.com. Sorry for getting anyone's hopes up - it doesn't appear anything new has been added yet.
