Epcot offers a great NYE buffet, here is an excerpt from the WDW website:

Dining Details

• World Showplace Pavilion
• December 31, 2018
• Operating hours: 4:00 PM to 9:30 PM (this is a dinner buffet only and not an all-night event)
• $72.90 per adult – tax and gratuity included
• $44.38 per child – tax and gratuity included
• Required Epcot admission is not included in the price
• Pre-set holiday menu; regular menu items are not offered during this event
• Disney Dining Plans accepted – 2 table-service meals are required per person
• Discounts not applicable
• Menu subject to change without notice
