The Young Avengers: World Tour (YARP Part 4)

OOC: Steve would probably enlist Evelyn's help. Yeah, I don't know if Mike has thought this through. I think there's a part of him that wants to do this legally, as he was kinda young the first time around. And I think there's a part of him that thinks if he can sign up he can relive the old days or make his peace with them or something. But I don't think he realizes how much the war affected him and how much going back would affect him, though Conrad's presence would help a lot. I can see him in a leadership position. I can kinda see him in the NFL but at the same time I don't know if Mike can earn his life/spend his days playing a game as an adult when he went to war as a kid.

OOC: Evelyn would be eager to help. Yeah that's probably what's going through his head. Maybe he goes and realizes the mistake and decides to not to go again after his four (or maybe it's three. I think army may be three and marines 4) year agreement. Mike goes through ALOT of pain that hurts him and his loved ones, almost doesn't make it, but ends up surviving. It'd sure be interesting if he'd join the army again. Really emotional and painful, but interesting. A leadership positon would be good. And if he still wanted to serve his land maybe he could become a police chief or if he is a leader in the business world or whatever help by bringing morals and supporting our troops. He could be a politician too. Mike's a likeable guy with good morals and a war hero. He could probably even make his way up to president, that'd be pretty cool. That's a good point on him thinking it's a kid game and wierd after the war. But maybe he needs to feel like a kid.

OOC: As far as Spencer knows, Nancy is a normal girl.

Nancy: she nodded. "So, what do you think we would need in our wagon?"

OOC: I'm a little confused on what the project is.

Jules: she shrugged and started looking up information on the computer. She was a fast typer, and soon she had a good web page pulled up.

OOC: Same here. I don't know what to do.

Nova: Nova worked.

OOC: Yes that will be nice. I like never barely ever cried before Andrew and the Marines, but now I cry a lot more. Like before I cried maybe once a year max. I Espically cried before he left for boot or I see something sad military related, or am feeling lonely. Oh god the music video for Hey Brother... I balled like a baby. Don't worry tho, I haven't cried in probably three weeks. Most of the time I try to not think about missing him and I'm fine. I do get random sadness swings sometimes. Now I get much more emotional and sometimes happy tears when soilders come home and see thier loved ones again. If Mike joins the army you'll definitely see a change in Evelyn. She'll still be very strong, but will have many more moments of weakness/sadness.

OOC: Oh wow

Andrea: She discussed at length with Evelyn.

Hope: She chose the best horse.

Mike: Thankfully the colonel had stopped staring, and he worked with June.

Evelyn: They worked hard and choose and excellent combination.

Jay: They worked efficiently, Hope swaying Jay away from the pointless stuff that seemed cool.

OOC: He noticed the muscles though.

Spencer: "Food definitely. Tools. Maybe extra clothes. What do you think?"

Raven: /About time/. "Right. We'll need guns. Lotta dangerous stuff out there."

OOC: Yeah. It definitely does a number on you. It's one of those things you can't understand until you go through it. Like having divorced parents. But don't worry sorry I'm spilling my sarrows out lol. My life is pretty wonderful :D! Needed to do that and it relates right now espically considering Evelyn is heavily based on me expect she is a lot more athletic and better at figuring out and communicating with people.

OOC: Sorry for the confusion about the project. So it's set when settlers moved west. The teacher gave them a set amount of fake money to spend on stocking a wagon. A list of items is on his website. They have to figure out the best things to stock it with. I

OOC: I've done this!

Gordon: "We need lots of food and water. A few guns but a lot of bullets. And medicine. Lots and lots of medicine."

Nancy: "Water, or something to get water with. There isn't water everywhere, and people couldn't stay anywhere long enough to dig a well. Also, a good wagon. " They continued working.

Jules: she nodded. "Guns are also good for hunting, since they'll need food as well as protection."

OOC: You bring up good points, I don't thinkbhe or Conrad would stay for long, they have too many ties to regular life. And I definitely think Mike would be suffering after his first term however long it is. In my head I can see Mike on the phone with Steve and just going "Dad....Daddy I can't do this anymore". I can definitely see him as in the police force or as president. You have good points with football.

Spencer: "Flint, to make a fire. Fires can be used for purifying said water, as well as for light, warmth and cooking."

Raven: She was thinking about her survival training that Coulson had schooled her in mercilessly, claiming it was important. "Food. Water. Bandages. Medicine. A compass for navigation."

OOC: Thanks. And maybe when Mike wants to inlist Steve says he must go through a two week youth boot camp thing at a base before he decides and there Mike realizes that joining would be a mistake for him and there are other ways to serve your country. Awh poor Mike I definitely picture that conversation. Yeah President, Police, or NFL would be good I think.

Gordon: "For animals, a goat for milk, a few chickens, two oxen to pull the cart, and a horse.

Lola: She noted them down on the paper. She had very pretty handwriting. "That's good. What about flint to make a fire?"
