What is up with Nikki’s hair at the party? I thought they gave her a mullet at first

I also thought it was odd Claire wasn’t there and thought it was for shadowing something (like Ian snatching her) but previews showed her at the party.

I still think Dumas will be Billy Flynn recast as Cain. Honestly I’m bored of Dumas and he hasn’t even appeared yet. Too much lead up and I don’t think the reveal will be worth the months of who is he. Now if they toss out a switch and it’s someone like Dru I’m going to be really excited.

Also can someone dial back Phyllis. She’s extra and not in a good way these days. Girl doesn’t even have a plan and now has some pathetic thoughts to win Dumas over. This doesn’t interest me at all.

As far as I'm concerned, he's Duncan McKechnie from As The World Turns, played by Michael Swan! He used to be married to Jessica, played by Tamara Tunie, who is now playing Anita Dupree on Beyond the Gates!

But, seriously, I have no idea who he could be, unless he would be Ian's brother???

I'm getting tired of the constant feud Victor is keeping over Jack. And in all Victor's arguments with Kyle about his relationship with Clare, why doesn't he point out that he couldn't be faithful to his first two wives, one of which was Victor's granddaughter Summer? And this Dumasse guy, he's probably Tucker McCall trying to get his mother's company back.

I’m away and so I’m a few days behind. Has Billy Flynn premiered yet? (I feel like he’s going to be Dumas, but not sure who Dumas is my guess is Caine) Assuming that is not who Mariah is with based on his age? Have they revealed Mariah’s secret?

I’m struggling a bit with Victor only because of his age, I love that he still acts but to keep portraying him like they are just seems unbelievable because he is slowing down so much in real life.

I’m also struggling with how sugary sweet Claire is. How can someone just flip a switch like that.

Is Cole still alive?

Any talk of recasting Summer?

I was hoping too for today. It has been very boring with a lot of talk since they announced this party in France and it was still a lot of talk today. Boo! They did show previews for next week when they FINALLY arrive there. Lol

Welp, they've arrived. And we're 2 days in and STILL NO DUMAS! Talk about dragging things out. The writers must love just having these characters yap on and on about stuff we've heard a million times already. At this rate, Dumas won't be seen until next summer. It's so boring!

On the plus side I was able to fast forward through a bunch of episodes while I was on vacation and I’m almost caught up. Sadly nothing happened in those 2 weeks!

If nothing happens either this big Dumas reveal I’m going to be really disappointed. Have they shown him yet?

I am excited to watch 2 weeks of beyond the gates!

Nope, they have not shown him yet, only that "someone" is watching all the guests on a TV screen.
