Newman’s Office
Sage comes to see Adam and questioning him about Marisa. She says she has a life with Nick and does not want to worry about the baby will be taken away from her. He says that no matter what - the baby is a Newman. He says that Chelsea has made it very clear that she is done with him. Sage asks him who Marisa is. He explains he does not know her but he got a call from her calling him Adam and saying she knew the truth. He says he will handle the situation.


Memorial
Phyllis Ashley and Nikki are discussing the gun and Nikki says the gun has to be hidden in Chelsea’s condo. Ashley leaves. Phyllis tells Nikki that Jack was carrying a gun lately and this upsets Nikki. She says she can’t believe Phyllis withheld that information from the police and she is going to tell them now. As she is leaving she bumps into Sage who asks to see the doctor. After Nikki leaves Sage tells the nurse she wants a paternity test done.

Later, Phyllis tells Jack that Ashley found a gun in Chelsea’s apartment and asks Jack if she did the right thing by admitting to Nikki he owned a gun.

Ashley and Ben come to see Phyllis and Ben says in Jack’s situation he can communicate and believes Jack communicated with her.

In front of Ben Phyllis asks Jack if he brought a gun to the park the night of the shooting and he squeezes her hand NO.

GCAC
Abby tells Ben that no one has faith in her but she is going to close this deal. Abby starts the negotiations. Guy comes and tells the other reps to leave. He will handle the negotiations. Abby orders champagne. He wants to drink. She says they negotiate first then celebrate. Guy is being silly and Abby asks him if he is ready to stop joking and get down to business. Guy agrees to the Abby’s deal and they celebrate. Negotiations are done and Guy offers to take a tipsy Abby home.

Lily arrives and bumps into Joe. She asks him if Cane hit him. Cane says Joe deserved a lot more and tries to get Joe to hit him. Lily tries to stop them and Cane accuses her of defending Joe. Joe tells him not to blame Lily and this was his fault. Cane tells Lily he wants sole custody of the kids. Lily says he is out of his mind. Michael arrives and Lily turns her anger on him. She says first he tanks his marriage and now he has destroyed hers. Michael tells them to reach an agreement without going to trial. They obviously love each other and need to fix it. Lily says she would like that. Michael tells Cane to find a way to forgive Lily. Lily asks Cane to let her explain about that night. Cane says she made a conscious choice and asks if she was coming onto Joe and not the other way around. Lily slaps him. She says there is no way he is going to take her kids away from her. He says to watch him.

CL
Michael and Avery get ready for the Innocence Foundation press conference. Michael sees that Avery is in no condition to do it but she assures him she will be fine. Michael leaves for a meeting. Avery tries to talk to the reporter with difficulty. She tells the reporter that she believed in the law until it applied to her and explains that she is taking a leave of absence and suspending her law practice. The reporter asks why and Avery explains she was raped. She thought she knew the person who raped her but found out it wasn’t him. She should not have taken the law into her own hands. Joe arrives. When they are alone, Joe says she did a gutsy thing. She says she is ashamed and could not keep quiet. She says if she had any respect for herself she had to admit it. She tells Joe that she needs to start fresh far from GC and suggests he do the same thing.

Chelsea’s
Ashley comes to see Chelsea and asks her for a few sketches. Chelsea hears Conner and goes to him. Ashley searches for the gun and finds in in the credenza. Chelsea comes down and gives her some sketches. Ashley leaves and calls the police with information about the gun.

Paul arrives with a warrant to search Chelsea’s place. Gabe tells him that he does not have a gun. He asks Paul who would want to discredit him as a witness. The officer finds the gun and Chelsea and Adam tell Paul they know nothing about the gun. Adam says isn’t it odd that Paul gets an anonymous call, comes in and finds a gun. Just what Victor needs to get out of jail. Paul says they will investigate and leaves. Chelsea asks Adam if he brought the gun into her home. He denies it. Chelsea yells at him to tell the truth. He tells her he would never endanger her or his son.

GCPD
Michael and Nikki are in with Paul when the officer gives Paul the forensics report on the gun. It had Jack’s finger prints on it.

Day Ahead
- Paul wants to ask Victor a few questions about the weapon they recovered
- Billy asks Neil to help in kicking Gabe to the curb
- Avery tells Phyllis she is leaving GC

JACK STITCH PHYLLIS ASHLEY SPOILER!!!

Phyllis and Ashley are visiting with Jack. They are shocked when he suddenly goes into convulsions. Dr. Stitch rushes in telling Phyllis and Ash to leave so he can take care of his patient. Stitch is there when Jack wakes up. Stitch rushes to get the women, but Jack stops him. He doesn't want anyone to know he's awake. Jack tells him that he heard a lot of things when he was in his coma and he needs time to process everything. Plus he also thinks by being awake, someone (Victor or Marco) would want to finish the job they started. Stitch agrees to keep his secret. He calls Phyllis and Ashley in and tells them Jack is still in the coma. It will be really hard for Jack to hear how the women in his life are suffering without him. Head writer, Charles Pratt says Jack wants his life back. He also intends to protect his loved ones including Marissa AND Adam!

MONDAY US SPOILER!!!

Chelsea’s
Adam assures Chelsea he did not bring the gun into her home. He asks her to trust him and let him prove she can trust him. He wishes her a happy anniversary. Chelsea says she forgot but they can’t go back to that place they were in once. She says she has moved on without him but admits she will never love anyone the way she loves him. Adam gets a call from Paul who tells him Jack’s prints are on the gun. Paul asks Adam to come to the station. Gabe says he does not have time for this. Paul threatens him with a police escort.

Paul’s Office
Victor comes into Paul’s office and Nikki apologizes to Victor for doubting him. Paul says he wants to ask him a few more questions and Victor tells Paul to stop questioning him and to find the real culprit. Victor suggests that Paul arrest Gabe. Victor says that punk gave Paul false evidence after blackmailing him for control of the company. Nikki says Paul has proof that Jack intended on shooting Victor. Paul says no, he only has a gun with Jack’s fingerprints on it. He says some issues are questionable like the convenient timing of the anonymous tip that sent him to Chelsea’s apartment. Michael arrives to post bail. Victor and Nikki are about to leave as Gabe and Chelsea arrive. Victor and Nikki accuse Gabe of setting Victor up. Victor tells Chelsea to keep Gabe away from Connor. She tells him she knows Gabe very well. Victor gets a text about Abby’s accident.

Gabe and Chelsea go into Paul’s office. Paul asks him for his fingerprints. Gabe says no because Victor has probably had his prints put on a gun he has never seen. He wants to talk to a lawyer before this goes any further. Paul agrees.

GCAC
Billy tells Neil there is a coupe going down and asks Neil to help him bring Gabe down. Neil wants to sit this one out.

Nikki updates Neil. Neil says she was positive about Victor’s guilt a while ago. Neil says the finger prints on the gun do not prove Jack shot Victor and that finger prints can be planted as was proven by what happened to Sharon. Nikki suddenly remembers the finger prints and Victor telling her they to his company. She says that Victor has played her for a fool and Victor had Jack’s prints for a long time. He planned to kill Jack for months. She says she is going to the police. Vicky arrives and begs Nikki not to tell the police. Nikki tells Paul what she knows. Vicky accuses Nikki of choosing to stab Victor in the back and leaves. Neil assures Nikki she did the right thing.

Newman’s
While going through reports with Vicky, Nick says with the increase in profits it looks like Gabe knows what he is doing. Vicky says it’s beginners luck.

After leaving Paul, Chelsea and Adam go to the office. Chelsea is worried this would affect a lot people and she would be an accessory if Paul finds out who Gabe is. She tells him it hurts too much to love him but she can’t wait for the other shoe to drop and the secret to come out. Victor arrives and tells Gabe to get out of his chair.

Memorial
Ben and Ashley chat and Guy arrives with a beat up face. Ben asks what happened and Guy tells him the COO got a little too frisky and he lost control of his car. Ashley asks about Abby. He says he doesn’t know and leaves. Abby arrives in a wheelchair and says she is fine. She says she closed the warehouse deal and faints into Ben’s arms. Ashley asks her how she could get drunk during negotiations. Alone with Abby Ben asks if she got frisky with Guy. Abby says she would not do that to him. Nick, Vicky and Victor arrive and Abby brags that she closed the deal. They are all surprised that Victor is out. He says once he is cleared of all charges they are going to go after Gabe and get the company back. Later Billy comes to see Abby. She tells him she closed the warehouse deal. Billy tells her she should not have closed the deal and that contract is going to kill them.

Avery tells Phyllis she is stepping down from the Innocence Foundation and suspending her law practice and that she is leaving GC. She says she needs to do this and will be gone the next day. Michael arrives and chastises Avery for making a public confession. Avery and Phyllis say their goodbyes and Phyllis leaves. Michael and Avery say their goodbyes and Michael leaves. Nick arrives and Nick wants her to promise she will come back some day. They say their goodbyes.

Phyllis sees Victor outside Jack’s room and asks what they hell he is doing there. Victor gloats that he will be vindicated.

Later Ashley apologizes to Ben saying she did not mean to imply that Abby was doing something with the warehouse rep. Ben says it’s okay but he can’t take his mind off Abby’s mother.

Day Ahead
- Phyllis asks Jack if he is trying to say that Gabe is not his son
- Victor tells Gabe that he sees his son Adam when he looks at Gabe
- Avery tells Dylan she is not coming back

Just checked out ages and Jack actor was born in 1953 and Nick actor was born in 1974 and Marisa actress was born in 1989 so I guess she is Noah's age. Need to go look up his age (1985). What's gross is that Sharon gave birth to Noah in 1997 (same year I had my DS, who is 18)...18 and was engaged to the pretty blonde cop (what's-her-name) that was killed.

It is time for Jack to wake up...and for Jack to have his revenge on Victor....Jack has been in a so called Coma long enough...and who can write and squeeze hands to questions in a coma UGH

Soooo will the guy that is helping Victor turn out to be the murderer???? the person/cop that was on the computer when all went down? after all he is crooked and has inside info......

Is there nothing that Victor wont do....I think he is just delusional and kind of a psychopath....not to mention a HUGE NARCISSIST!

Its time to bring back some of our old time favorites...GLO, Jill(without her husband) and so on....are they off the show completely???????did I miss something saying that they were leaving for good????

Jess Walton (Jill) took some time off to be with her family, she's a proud grandma now! She's coming back I believe in a few weeks. Colin has a big storyline coming! Judith Chapman (Gloria) has been on reoccurring status for a while now. I'm not sure if they have plans to bring her back full time.

TUESDAY US SPOILER!!!

Memorial
Billy asks Abby why she would agree to those terms with the warehouse rep. Abby says this is not a bad deal and Billy is trying to scare her. Ben and Ashley come in and tell Billy off for scolding Abby. Billy says this is Gabe’s fault for appointing her COO and leaves. Ashley leaves to see Jack. Abby says she has to get to the office and Ben says no but he will get what she needs and bring it to her.

Billy comes to see Jack. Ashley admits she reported the gun at Chelsea’s and leaves. Billy says something to Phyllis about Gabe being Jack's son and Jack squeezes ‘no’. Phyllis asks Jack about his son Gabe and asks if he is trying to tell her that Gabe is not his son and he squeezes ‘yes’. Billy says they have to keep this between themselves for now.

Newman’s Office
Victor tells Adam to get out of his chair and out of the office. Adam tells him he is not moving because it’s only a matter of time that the gun he supposedly hid was the gun that Victor planted. Adam shows Victor the contract naming him CEO so he asks Victor to leave and says that he is CEO as long as Jack is in a coma. Victor says when he looks at Gabe he sees his son Adam. Victor says the Adam did not stay in that chair very long because he found out that Adam was making deals behind Victor’s back so he kicked him out. He says anyone who crosses Victor Newman in business does not survive very long because he destroys them, even his own son.

Billy arrives and congratulates Gabe for Abby’s screw up with the warehouse deal. He asks why Victor isn’t somewhere making license plates. Billy leaves and Chelsea follows him. She tells him Gabe is being set up and there is going to be a power struggle between Victor and Gabe so he is going to have to choose sides.

Adam asks Victor how he got Jack’s fingerprints on the gun. Did he go to the hospital and wrap Jack’s hand around it? Victor gets a call and leaves telling Gabe not to get too comfortable in that chair. Chelsea and Billy come back in and Billy says he is going to choose is worth a damn and that is the Abbott’s and he does not mean any Abbott come lately.

Outside Victor is on the phone and asks if they found out where she lives and says “good work”.

Chelsea says he is still trying to gain Victor’s approval. He promises he is not looking for Victor's approval any more.

Chelsea is concerned about Victor finding out he is Adam and asks Adam to step aside. Adam refuses and says he is there until Jack is out of the coma. He knows he will never get what he wants from Victor.

CL
Avery comes to CL and has various flashbacks of her and Dylan. Dylan arrives and tells her she did not need to make a public statement about what happened to her. She says it was something she had to do. She says she has to say goodbye to things you love the most. Dylan tells her that he loves CL but it may be time for a change. She tells him she is leaving GC for good. He asks if she is leaving because of him. She denies is and says she has to do it for herself. He is with Sharon now and has a baby on the way. Avery and Dylan say their goodbyes and she leaves.

GCPD
Noah comes to see Marisa with a gift for her. He knew she wasn’t feeling well so he brought her some chicken soup. She says no one has ever taken care of her when she is sick or well. She says she has no family. Noah says he enjoys spending time with her. He is about to leave and she stops him to thank him for taking care of her. He leaves. Victor comes to see her and says the last time he saw her she threatened him. He says it’s never a good idea to ever threaten him. She says she was only providing information and says that he shot Jack not Marco.

UG
Nick tells Sage that Avery is leaving GC. Nick asks her why she wasn’t answering her phone. She says she needed time alone. He asks if this had to do about Gabe. She denies it. Nick says he will do anything for her which includes quitting Newmans. Sage is shocked. He says he loves their relationship because it’s so open, honest and no lies.

Noah comes to see Nick and tells him his memories of Courtney. Noah says he didn’t think he would ever fill that void again but cannot understand how he could be so disloyal to Courtney.

Sage gets a call from her doctor saying the paternity test is ready.

Park
Ben is walking through the park and sees Ashley. Ashley says that Abby needs him. He says he will forget about what he blurted out earlier about him thinking about her. They both says goodbye, but neither one moves.

Day Ahead
- Kevin tells Noah there is something he needs to know about Marisa
- Abby says that Ben should be back by now. Ben is in the park leaning in for a kiss with Ashley
- Jack starts to convulse
