At the penthouse, Adam and ChelC enjoy the holiday with Connor. Chloe stops by with gifts. She tells them it's difficult at the Chancellor mansion without Delia and Katherine. After Chloe leaves, ChelC talks Adam into naming Chloe Connors Godmother. Adam sees Delia standing by his Christmas tree.

At the Ranch, Nikki and Victor talk about not being with their kids for Christmas. They talk about Nick spending the holidays at Sharons. Vicky stops by with Johnny. They had a wonderful morning at home with Billy, so she decided to spend the afternoon with them so Billy could have a break. Vicky tells them about a recent trip to DC to visit Reed. After Nikki steps out of the room, Victor gives Vicky shares of the company for Johnny. Vicky reminds Victor that he is capable of loving offspring that aren't biologically related. Victor makes it clear once again, that he doesn't want Dylan McAvoy in his family. Nikki is listening. Later, Nikki gives Victor a pair of boots for riding. Victor gives her a Tahiti brochure. Telling her its far away...away from Dylan. Victor hands her another gift. Sheet music. Nikki plays the piano and Victor listens and sheds a tear.

Billy is picturing Delia standing by the Christmas tree. Jack stops by to check on him. Jack brings him an axe and a fishing pole....he's taking him ice fishing! We actually hear Billy laughing! The brothers talk about the changes in their lives. Jack reminds his brother that he is not alone. Billy tells him his only Christmas wish is to find Delia's killer. Later, Vicky and Billy enjoy an evening at home.

Leslie is at the GCPD. She knows Neil has something planned and she's trying her best to avoid him. Neil is trying hard to get her to leave, but he's not having any luck. Neil figures out what she's doing.

Across the room, Alex encourages Kevin to spend the holiday with his family. Kevin wants to know about the charges against Fen, and Delia's case. Jack stops by with a check for the officer's fund. Neil pouts to Jack that he hasn't been able to propose to Leslie. Chloe stops by to see Kevin. Jack and Neil greet her. Chloe tells them how hard it is spending the holidays without Delia or Katherine.

Neil pulls Leslie away and immediately drops to his knee and pops the question with a diamond ring. She tells him to get up, but he doesn't listen. After hearing a heartfelt speech, she says yes. They kiss. Jack and the others applaud.

Avery shows up at Crimson Lights ready to spend the holiday with Dylan. But he's dealing with a plumbing emergency, he's waiting on a plumber. Avery insists nothing will spoil their day. She returns with Christmas dinner for the 2 of them, but customers start arriving, including Santa. They agree that it wasn't the Christmas they planned, but they are still happy to be together.

I hope you guys are enjoying your holiday. I'm gonna keep this short, its almost time for our Christmas dinner...

Adam and Sharon are at the GCAC talking about how they spent their Christmas. Sharon is happy to learn that Adam and ChelC are back together planning a future with their son. Nick is pissed seeing them together. Sharon reminds Nick that her and Adam are just friends. Nick and Adam face off again.

At home, Billy is reading his message boards. The anonymous poster (Adam) mentions "balancing the karmic scales" He angrily types out a response. Jill stops by. They talk about spending the holidays without Katherine and DD. Jill also talks about the music box.

At Chancellor Park, Noah and Courtney meet. They discuss the holidays and he asks her about her family. She tells him about her parents and an older sister. Zach is still texting Courtney. He asks her about Zach. She reassures him that he's the only guy for her.

Gloria and Kevin are at Crimson Lights. She had a wonderful trip to Bora Bora. They also talk about the holidays without Delia. Alex comes in. Gloria is her usual playful self pushing Alex to talk about Fen and Delia's case. Alex talking to her in Spanish..wins Gloria over. Chloe joins them. Gloria is excited thinking Chloe and Kevin are back together. They tell her they are just friends. Gloria notices a baby onesie in Chloe's purse. Kevin asks her why she has Connor's clothing in her bag. Chloe says it got there by accident, and notices Kevin doesn't believe her. She gets mad and storms out.

At the Chancellor estate, Jill and Esther talk about their sad holiday. They bicker about the music box. Chloe comes home and tells them that she had a sad Christmas, but Connor was their to lift her spirits. Later Jill sets her New Years resolution. She will solve the music box mystery.

Back at the GCAC, Billy runs into Adam. Adam talks about how well his life has turned around. Telling him, "the universe is allowing him to balance the karmic scales." Billy is immediately suspicious.

At Sharons, Nick apologizes for lashing out at Adam. They almost kiss but Noah interrupts them. He tells his parents about his feelings for Courtney

At Chancellor Park, Courtney meets ZACH! Its ALEX!!!!!!!

Jill is at home reading about Devon's legal troubles. She yells at Katherine telling her that her billionaire grandson trashed a hotel room in Vegas. Hillary arrives to drop off the Bonaventure financials. She immediately defends Devon. But Jill accuses her of sucking up. Devon walks in as Hillary is defending him. Hillary leaves, and Devon tells Jill that someone is stole his identity. She tells him to beware of opportunists, like Hilary. Devon believes everyone deserves a second chance. He promises her he's trying to honor Katherine's gift she left him, and encourages her to do the same.

At Villy's, Victoria tells Billy they'll miss him while they're in DC. Billy shocks his wife when he announces he bought a plan ticket and will fly out to meet her later. Victoria tells him how happy she is that things are finally getting back to normal. She hugs him, but Billy looks sad.

At Newman, Kyle gives Victor updated research on Bonaventure Industries, the company is on track, and will show a profit. Victor mentions weak links within the company. Kyle assures him if there's a weak link on staff, its not him. Victor lets Kyle know about all the hard work Noah has been putting in. He wants them to work together and not compete. Kyle tells him Noah's name is already on the building, so he has to work harder. Kyle tells Victor that he feel's better in a place where he has to prove himself everyday. Victor respects that.

At the GCAC, Adam tells Jack that he wants out of their plan to bring Victor down. He's taking his advice and focusing on ChelC and Connor. Victor walks in with Kyle and hears Adam talking about ChelC. Victor mocks him, but Adam makes it clear his opinions mean nothing. Adam then warns Kyle to not trust Victor and Jack agrees with his advice. Kyle and Victor go to their table, Hillary joins Jack and Adam. Hillary warns Jack that Kyle is selling his soul to Victor.

Across the room, Mason tells Devon that he heard someone stole his identity in Las Vegas. Devon questions how Mason knew it wasn't him. The media never mentioned an imposter. Mason tried to cover, but it was too late. DEVON PUNCHES HIM IN THE STOMACH! In pain, Mason tries to blame it all on Hillary. Devon promises Mason that he will go down for stealing his identity.

After his meeting with Victor, Kyle joins Jack and gives him an update. Kyle seems really positive. Jack tells his son that Victor is buttering him up. Kyle is determined to beat Victor Newman.

Devon tells Hillary she was right about Mason.

At the penthouse, Chloe tries to apologize for taking Connor's onesie. But ChelC is not listening. She's reading her final divorce statement from Dylan. Chloe begins to bad mouth Adam, but ChelC shuts her down, telling her she is wrong about him. ChelC asks her BFF to respect her wishes. Chloe accepts ChelC's offer to be Connor's godmother. Chloe leaves after Adam arrives. He see's the divorce papers. They talk about their future...marriage and having more children.

Chloe arrives at the Chancellor estate. Chloe admits to Jill that she pulled the music box out of the trash and gave it back to her. Chloe tells her that she's sure it meant something to Katherine. Chloe urges her to hold onto the box. "Once you loose something precious, you can't get it back. Afterwards, Jill is alone and plays the music from the box.

At Chancellor Park, Billy finds Kelly crying on a bench. She tells him about her sad and lonely Christmas without her son. Billy holds her and offers to take her home. At her place, Billy looks at the pics of Kelly with her son, Sam. Billy tells Kelly about seeing Delia by his Christmas tree, telling her he wont rest until they find Delia's killer. He tells her he didn't agree with Victoria's comments about things getting back to normal. Kelly hugs him...they KISS!!!!!

Back at Newman, Victor finds the file with the license plate numbers. He see's Adam's name on the list!

Victoria leaves a voice mail for Billy. Her flight has been delayed.

At the airport, Victoria is still trying to locate her husband. She leaves another message telling him she doesn't understand why he's not answering her calls.

Billy and Kelly have sex. Afterwards, they both agree that it can't happen again. Billy tells her that he loves his wife. She understands and they decide that they would settle for being good friends.

Jill goes to Jack's. They discuss business and Billy. Jack suggests Billy be the chair for Delia's foundation. Jill thinks its a perfect idea. It would be a great way to keep him busy.

At Crimson Lights, Avery notices that Dylan looks tired. He tells her that he was up late researching Ian Ward. She's concerned thinking he's heading for trouble. But Dylan insists he learn more about his bio dad.

At Newman, Victor is stunned by the file with Adam's name on it. Nikki comes in and she instantly notices that Victor is struggling with something. He covers, telling her he's taking her to Vermont for New Years. Dylan calls Nikki and asks to meet him. She leaves. Victor meets with his PI. The PI told him that an eye witness saw a man, driving a black SUV, pull over to avoid hitting a dog. The girl was on the side of the road. Because of the eye witnesses own legal troubles, the witness never went to the authorities. Victor tells him to keep it that way and orders him to find definitive proof of Adam's involvement. The PI asks him, "And what if the driver turns out to be Adam Newman?" Victor's response, "Then so be it."

At the penthouse, Adam and ChelC talk more about marriage, they decide to continue to take it slow. Jack arrives. After ChelC goes upstairs, Adam and Jack talk about his new-found happiness. Jack tells Adam that he deserves this. Jack tells him about Delia's foundation. ChelC comes down and tells Adam they should donate. ChelC thanks Jack for seeing the good in Adam. Later, ChelC tells Adam that he is a great father to Connor. She brings up marriage again.

At Crimson Lights, Dylan asks Nikki about his bio-father. He wants to know everything she knows. Nikki tells him she thinks he was raised in Idaho. Nikki asks him if he's going to look for him. Dylan says Ian Ward disgusts him, but he only has half the story of his life. This worries both Nikki and Avery, but Nikki respects his concerns, telling him to "please be careful." Later, Avery tells him to go on this search, because she knows he will never find peace if he doesn't. They kiss. He tells her, "You're the one good thing in my life."

Nikki goes back to Newman. Victor makes a snide comment about her visit with Dylan. Nikki reminds him that Dylan hasn't hurt anyone, she walks out. Victor, "Your son is not the one I'm worried about."

Vikki goes home looking for Billy. She calls his club but no one knows where he is. Jill stops by to tell Billy about the foundation. Victoria thinks its a good idea, but she also knows how emotional Billy is right now. Jill agrees. They both wonder where he could be. Later, Billy arrives home and he's shocked to see his wife. She asks, "Where were you?"

Jill calls the non-profit office. She learns that Kelly Andrews is who she needs to talk about in regards to Delia's foundation.

Victoria apologies to her husband for not being the wife that he needed. He stops her, "You didn't do anything wrong...I did."

Billy Miller (Billy) and Michael Muhney (Adam) have already filmed their final episode. It will air on January 30. Adam will be replaced, but we wont see him until the summer. David Tom (ex Billy Abbott) has already begun filming scenes. I believe we will start seeing him right away.

At this time, no one knows what happens. Folks are still depressed that Michael Muhney was even fired.

Interesting didn't pick that up about the name...that would work great...also Billy sleeping with her would make it that much more intense .....where is Adam going...seems strange that they would have him leave his family again..that just seems way to strange for this character at this time....

maybe they will throw him in jail only to come back as a free man and another actor....once they free him of all charges...MM is one of the actors that keeps me coming back...ugh...same with BM....

Cant see the old Billy with Victoria...just sooooo much different types of actors...cant see any chemistry like with the 2 at this time...

Couldn't agree more. I stopped watching around the time of Delia's death and didn't even read the spoilers (more because I was too busy, than wanting to avoid the show.) But, this decimation of cast members is completely changing the show, imo. If Billy Miller wanted to stay, but have the option of doing other projects, why shouldn't they permit it? And, the baseless rumors that have been floating around about MM are awful. As I said in a previous post, I don't believe them, but I do believe that MM stepped on toes and some of those toes were powerful enough to get him booted.

I enjoy reading HD's synopsis, but the show has lost much of its appeal for me.

Traci and Ashley come home for New Year's eve. Jack is happy to see his sisters, but things suddenly change when his sisters try to convince him to move on...let Phyllis go. Traci and Ashley tell Jack that Phyllis would want him to be happy, insisting this is what she would want for him. Apparently Hilary told Jack's sisters that he was lonely.

Victor is still at the office frantically searching the hospital footage from the night Delia was brought in. He's trying to rule out Adam as a driver. Victor calls Adam leaving an urgent message just as Nikki arrives. She asks him what's going on, and he tells her that he's uncomfortable that Connor is in Adam's hands. Nikki tells him that there's nothing he can do about it. She encourages him to go the GCAC for Neil's engagement party/New Years Eve.

Sharon and Stitch have a nice encounter at Crimson Lights. Stitch heads for the exit and bumps into Kelly. She calls him Ben. He asks her, "What are you doing here?" They discover they are both living in GC. Kelly learns he is practicing medicine as Dr. Rayburn. Kelly is amazed that everyone calls him that and that no one suspects a thing. Stitch tells her to not mess things up for him. They both decide to stay out of each other's way. Later, Neil invites Sharon to the GCAC for his and Leslie's party. Sharon declines opting to bring in the New Year at home.

At the Tack House, Nick is trying to play his guitar. Abby stops by with Christmas gifts. Nick tells his little sister that he spent the holiday with Sharon. Abby tells him to stay away from Sharon. She encourages him to go to the GCAC with her, but he decides to stay home.

At Villy's, Victoria wants to know why her hubby didn't answer her calls. Billy tells her that he went for a walk in the park and ran into Kelly. Victoria tells him she will reschedule their trip to DC. She actually apologizes to her husband telling him that SHE failed HIM. Billy demands Victoria to stop, telling her that HE was the one who failed her. "I've been a jerk...I'm so sorry." Victoria believes that she's the problem. But Billy corrects her that's he's the screw up. Victoria, "You're a good man, husband and father." Billy promises that he hasn't been, but he will be from now on.

At the GCAC, the Winters & Ashby's along with Tyler toast the newly engaged couple. Tyler notices that Leslie doesn't seem happy, so he pulls his sister away for a chat. They talk about their relationships, her with Neil and him with Abby.

Later, all of GC arrive at the GCAC for New Year's eve. Nick and Sharon are also there. Sharon notices that the Newmans are NOT happy with her being there. But Nick tells her not to focus on them. Victor reminds Jack of what he did last New Years eve...(hiring a hooker that turned up dead in his living room). Jack confronts Hilary about telling his sisters that he was lonely. He advises her to focus on her life, not his...kiss someone at midnight. Leslie tells Abby, Ashley and Traci that her and Neil are not rushing to the alter right away.

The clock strikes midnight. Hilary and Devon shares glances. Jack "Happy New Year, Red" Nick KISSES Sharon in front of everyone!

Chloe's obsession with Connor is getting out of hand. Kevin is worried, Chloe breaks it off with him.

Adam asks Jack to be Connor's godfather. He also drew up documents making Jack his legal guardian in case something happens to Chadam

Jill gets a call saying the music box is worth a fortune and they want to buy it. She goes to meet with the seller and she's kidnapped! Is it Colin?

Sharon walks in on Nick and Summer having a father/daughter moment and is consumed with guilt. She reaches her limit and decides to confess.

Victoria/Billy/Kelly/Stitch have a dinner party! Victoria invites Kelly over for dinner. Stitch stops by to return Victoria's phone. Billy asks him to join them.
