Sharon tells Chelsea about the shooting, together both face off against Victor for how he has treated Adam and him taking a bullet for Adam probably changes nothing. Chelsea wants Victor and Nick to leave, only Sharon can stay
Dylan drops by the tackhouse to leave a gift for Faith, he is leaving Genoa City. Dylan and Avery talk, he says they cannot be friends as it would be too hard on him. Dylan wishes Avery well and leaves
Victoria thinks about how close she is coming to losing her family - Nikki's illness, the attempt on Victor's life, Adam being shot and the almost explosion at the house. Victoria decides she'd like to try having a baby of her own
Michael confronts Lauren, he knows she is not putting forward an effort to save their marriage and he is getting sick of her lack of answers. Michael tells Lauren she won't walk out again, this time he leaves her

Next - Sharon goes to see Adam who is out of surgery ; Neil confronts Wheeler knowing he was more than friends with Leslie's mother

Adam and Sharon talk, he thinks Victor would try to take advantage of this situation and take Newman so asks Sharon to promise she will run the company in his absence. Sharon promises, Adam takes a turn for the worse - slips into a coma
Phyllis tells Jack what Summer did and he tells Neil. Phyllis asks Neil if Summer can intern for him instead, he's cool with it. Jack tells Phyllis he will talk to Summer, but she says she will
Leslie and Tyler face off over their father, he testifies against him while Leslie fights for her father. Meanwhile Neil confronts Wheeler over his involvement with Leslie and Tyler's mother
Jack is furious over the fact that because of Victor's actions once again people's lives were put in danger. Jack can't forget what happened to Colleen, what could've happened to Billy and Abby. He worries about Adam and confronts Victor
Wheeler attempts to get information out of Paul about the shooting but doesn't get much. Alex tells Paul he thinks what happened to Avery is connected to the shooting, he and Paul realize Wheeler is involved in this.

Next - Victor blames Jack's addiction for what happened ; Michael tells Kevin he wants official seperation from Lauren ; Cane asks Katherine if she's been to the doctor, she says no and has no intention of going

Jack and Victor face off laying blame on the other, in the end they conclude Wheeler is behind this and agree to work together in order to save their families, both confront Wheeler who denies any involvement in the shooting
Kevin and Chloe continue to be in debt, no heat and no power. Chloe decides to take the items Katherine intended on donating to the poor for herself (there are valuable items donated)
Cane has lunch with Katherine and quickly catches onto her memory loss, Katherine tells Cane what's been happening to her. Katherine doesn't want to go to a doctor because she believes she knows what is wrong
Despite Kevin's advice Michael goes through with filing for seperation, he's just had enough and lets Lauren know it. Lauren is shocked at his decision and attempts to end things with Carmine, he can't let go
Alex and Paul discuss Wheeler and how he could be connected to Victor. Alex goes through photos, finds one of Stephanie and tells Paul he recognized her as a hooker and knows she left with Jack on New Year's Eve

Next - Chelsea worries Adam may die not knowing he'll be a father ; Dylan at a bar thinking of calling someone ; Nick wants to celebrate something with Avery

Chelsea rethinks things after finding out Adam is in a coma. Chelsea decides to tell Adam she is pregnant hoping he'll hear her, while Chelsea is telling comatose Adam it is Victoria who hears
Lily finds out more about Tyler's past and says he is wrong, his father could be innocent and he knows it. Meanwhile Cane finally convinces Katherine to go to the doctor. Cane takes her
Nick plans a romantic dinner for Avery, he wants to propose to her. Everything is going perfect until Avery gets a call from the lady bartender Dylan defended from a drunk, he's arrested

Next - Cane explodes seeing Lily and Tyler hug ; Sharon and Victor face off ; Jack is questioned by Paul and Alex

So why do they have Katherine with Alzheimer's ? seems she is incapacitated to be alone at all...do they really want to do this to her? are they weeding her off the show as well? does she want to take a less productive roll on the soap? I hope they don't make her irrelevant...

And why has Katherine not told Nikki and Nikki told her that one has AH and ht other MS? they tell each other everything and hold each others hands....why has Nikki not been near her at all? what are these writers trying to prove?

One with MS another with AH another that is getting separated (which makes no sense) Paul all of a sudden COP(really Chief)and everyone is just about gone....ugh!

I have lost all my fan fair for Lauren....if they don't have her fight and fight hard for her marriage soon I will be done with her...so I hope the writers stop what they are doing to this couple.

I like the broke story between Kevin and Chloe....and the dirty deed they are about to do...after all they are good at that but always it falls flat against them.....I think they will be found out and helped out, or make ends meet.

Cant wait to see the Congressman go down!

I like Paul behind the desk and his new cohort that is helping him...they work good together!

I hope they dont have Nick get married again so soon and have another baby...although I do like him and Avery together I think her and Dylan have a great chemistry....I like Dylan a lot and hope someone snatches that man up

Chelsea visits Adam at the hospital. She's scared that Adam might die now that he's in a coma, and he'll never have a chance to know that he's going to become a father. She enters his room and just flat out tells him she's pregnant. Adam starts to wake up and calls out for Sharon. This hurts Chelsea deeply and runs out of the room, right into Victoria. Chelsea fears that Victoria might have overheard everything. She starts getting worried that Victoria will spill the news to everyone.

ETA (clarification)
When Adam wakes up, he calls out for Sharon in a groggy voice. Chelsea tells him, "No...I'm not Sharon. Sorry to disappoint you." She's upset, but takes it as Adam picking up where he left off because Sharon was the last person he saw before going into a coma. Chelsea then realizes that Adam didn't hear anything she said.

Victor/Nikki/Sharon:

Sharon concludes her meeting with a reporter re: her new position at NE, as CEO. Nikki and Victor approach, an argument ensues. Victor tells Sharon she is unqualified; Sharon tells Victor she is honouring Adam's wishes; Nikki asks if there were any witnesses. Sharon's previous run as CEO is discussed. Victor tells Sharon that she will not run/ruin his company. Later, Nikki and Victor have dinner. After Victor leaves (Jack calls him), Nikki and Sharon trade barbs.

Chelsea/Adam/Victoria:

Chelsea and Victoria talk about Adam and his condition. Chelsea tries to find out what exactly Victoria heard. Once Chelsea returns to Adam's room, he asks for Sharon. Later, he says Chelsea's name. Victoria sincerely thanks Adam for saving their father. Victoria assures Chelsea that nothing has to change between her and Adam unless she lets it. Chelsea leaves for some air. [Victoria *seems* to know about Chelsea's pregnancy]

Jack/Paul/Alex:

Paul/Alex question Jack about his relationship with Wheeler. When Jack is vague, they ask him about his involvement with Stephanie. Jack eventually tells them of his addiction and the situation with Stephanie, intentionally excluding the fact she died in his home. Once Paul and Alex leave, Jack calls Victor and demands he comes to his house. Victor and Jack talk strategy.

Kay/Cane:

Cane is at the hospital to support Kay. She tells him about her scans and the tests. The doctor administers a final test, to which Kay aces. Results pending.

Lily/Tyler:

After their heated confrontation, Lily asks Cane why he is having a bad day. He tells her they will talk later and leaves. Tyler returns and he and Lily talk about the situation. Tyler thanks her for listening. She tells him that they are friends.

I like Phyllis...she is the only woman that the writers don't make into a "Poor little me I need a man" female...she can always carry her own no matter what trouble she gets into...she does not go running to a man for help...

she may have her self to blame for almost all of her troubles but the other woman do much of the same.....

I agree that her daughter is becoming a young Phyllis and it seems that Phyllis is catching on to it...
would be a nice change of story to have it come out that she is Jacks daughter...not Kicks.

I like this Kyle and wish they were not changing him for the other actor....

And what is Nikki going to warn Adam about? wonder if the warning will be to help him or hurt him

Nick finds out Dylan crashed the night at Avery's, he won't be able to leave Genoa City until his hearing which isn't for a month.
Summer throws a fit when Phyllis tells her she's been transferred to another division. Summer says it won't keep her from Kyle
Avery is crushed to learn that the ruling was not in her favor. Avery wonders what went wrong, she feels sorry for her client
Nick finally learns about Summer's bullying and blasts her for it. Meanwhile, Phyllis tells Dylan that Nick and Avery won't last
Jack and Victor record their conversation with Wheeler, discuss Stephanie's death and Belinda's murder. They also get his DNA

I agree, Kyle is one of the few new ones that I like on the show.

I really think Lauren's new lover will try to black mail her. He knows that she holds heavy money bags.
