MONDAY US SPOILER!!!

The Company Lab
At the lab Phyllis asks Victor and Fack what is going on and Victor says that they were talking about Ashley.

Ashley arrives promises not to work too hard and asks to speak to Fack privately.

Phyllis tells Victor she does not buy his story about Ashley and asks him about the heart to heart with Fack because it’s out of character. In a roundabout way Victor threatens and Phyllis apologizes for overreacting. She says she wasn’t looking for trouble.

Fack tells Ashley their plan to take the company back by framing Victor. He says this merger was great because they can merge the companies, frame Victor and take both companies for themselves. Fack assures her no one will take the fall but him. He wants her on board but if she is not part of it then to please stay out of the way of what needs to be done.

Ashley leaves and Phyllis tells Fack she does not believe their bogus story.. She says she spoke to Victor. Fack gets angry and Phyllis asks why he is yelling. Furious Fack tells Phyllis because she didn’t like his answers she went to Victor behind his back. She says something is off and says she just needs the truth from him. He apologizes and tells her there is nothing to worry about. He goes into the office and Phyllis hears a text come in on Fack’s phone and she reads it. Fack comes out and asks what she is doing with his phone and she reads the text to him. “Confirmation, M was with him, both dead”. Fack is upset and Phyllis mentions the phone call and now wants to know the truth.

The Underground
At the UG Billy and Vicky find their feelings for each other surfacing. Billy finds it odd that Victor and Fack are acting like they are best friends. Vicky says she is having a hard time believing they buried the hatchet. Vicky thinks Fack will be the first to pull something. Billy tells her to keep her eye on Victor and he will do the same with Fack.

Ashley comes to the UG and points out that they are talking about framing Victor of a federal offense. Billy tells Ashley this is their one shot at getting Jabot back and if this is going to succeed it’s going to take all of them. Ashley reluctantly agrees to join them.

Crimson Lights
At CL Sage says she is in shock that Nick actually wants her to live with him. Sage asks about Faith and Nick feels Faith will adjust. He tells her he wants her and the baby. Sage agrees to move in. Sharon and Dylan arrive.

Dylan says he is happy Sage is well while Nick apologizes to Sharon for blowing up at her and jumping to conclusions the other day. Sharon accepts. They discuss Avery and Joe and Dylan admits he threw a punch at Joe. He says Joe has a restraining order against him and Avery has one against Joe.

Nick tells them that he and Sage are moving in together. Sharon says she understands this is the right choice for them and congratulates them. Sharon offers to talk to Faith to help Faith with the transition. Dylan assures Sage that he will also put in a good word to Faith.

Nick commends Sharon how she handled their news. Sharon tells him she is happy with Dylan and that she is working there now. Nick says she and Dylan make a good team.

Dylan commends Sharon on the way she handled the Avery situation and coming home last night felt right. He tells Sharon he wants to move in with her if she will have him. Dylan moves in with Sharon.

At the ACSummer and Kyle are at the AC and Summer asks how they can have a future when he is keeping secrets. Ashley arrives and asks Kyle about work. He is evasive. Summer says at least she is not the only one Kyle is keeping secrets from. Kyle suggests she talk to Fack. After Ashley leaves Summer says she saw him, Billy and Fack and it looked like they were planning something. Summer keeps pushing Kyle for answers about the merger. Kyle tells her he cannot tell her about business. Kyle tells her he is in love with her. Summer tells him she cannot have another relationship based on lies. He agrees to tell her but not there and they leave. In the park he tells her the things with the merger are not what they appear. Summer is hoping that Fack is not going to mess things up. Summer keeps pushing and Kyle says Fack just wants to protect the company. Kyles asks her to leave the subject alone.
Nick and Sage arrive at the AC and bump into Victor. Nick tells him that Sage will be moving in with him. Nick moves Sage into him home.

Vicky joins Victor at the AC and says Billy will let her know when Fack makes as move and she would keep her eye on him.

Summer comes to the AC tells Victor he needs to know something.

Day Ahead
- Michael tells Lily he didn’t force them to kiss and Lily slaps him
- Joe says Dylan figured it out, she cheated on Joe and he will probably cheat on her
- Fack yells at Kyle that after all his planning Kyle blew it over a girl

Avery had no fear what so ever of Joe....and all of a sudden she is terrified of him and he is now a woman beater...and she is afraid for her life...after she moved him into her home and left Dylan for him more or less...UGH...ya just cant make this stuff up.....

And so when is Jack coming back???? any spoilers on that?

UGH....please can we just end the relationship between Nick and Sage...PLEASE!!!!!!!

how long are the writers going to take this story between Michael and Lauren???? you can tell that Michael does not like this storyline...

And Victor...he is more concerned about his arrangement with FACK than he is about getting Jack killed....

Why are they making these stories go on and on and on.....

it has become very painful to watch the show...may have to do what I have done before when the writers did this...stop watching for a few weeks till some of these stories come to fruition....

Um...my aunt had surgery for a brain aneurysm and her hair was shaved in a large area...Ashley's hair looked oh, so perfect today.

I had nasal surgery and they kept me overnight. I think I was hospitalized longer than Ashley. I stayed 4-5 days with a hysterectomy and they definitely shaved a greater area, although in a different region..... Anyone I ever knew who had brain surgery came out looking fairly rough for a while.

TUESDAY US SPOILER!!!

Athletic Club
Lauren is having a conversation with Devon when Lily approaches and says she would like to have the pleasure of throwing Lauren’s cheating *** out. Lily accuses her of chasing Cane. Cane arrives and tells her that Michael has set this whole thing up. Lily tells Lauren that this does not excuse her from kissing Cane, it just means Lauren’s husband is disgusting too and leaves. Devon tells her this is when she should talk to her husband to work things out. She says she would not take advice from someone who cheated with his father’s wife.

Hilary arrives and asks Devon if he still wants to talk about romantic wedding plans. Hilary suggests that out of respect they should go to a Justice of the Peace but Devon keeps pushing for a large wedding. She asks him if he has something to prove and he replies that he is not trying to prove anything. He says this wedding is about him and her not Neil.

Summer tells Victor that the merger has been really strange but Victor reassures her all is well. After Summer leaves, Victor says they now know the Abbott’s are planning something. Vicky tells Victor that she will talk to Billy and see what she can find out. Vicky tells him this merger has been like a game of chicken and hopes everything is on the up and up.

Lauren tells Cane that Michael got together with a prostitute and Cane assures her Michael just talked to her. Joe comes in and overhears Lauren and Cane’s conversation. After Lauren leaves, Cane tells Joe how Michael set this whole situation up and leaves.

Lily appears and Joe says she is sexy and her husband did a very stupid thing.

At Crimson Lights
Michael and Avery are at CL. Avery says she just needed a few days alone after her encounter with Joe. Avery looks up when Joe walks in. Avery tells him to get out. He has a restraining order against the owner so he should not be there. Joe says she has one against him and yet here she is. Michael intervenes. Joe says Dylan has traded her in and he figured out that she cheated on Joe so she will probably cheat on him. Michael threatens to call the police. After Joe leaves Avery admits that Joe abused her only once before. She thought he changed. Michael says they have to sit down and discuss how they are going to handle this.

Lily storms in, sees Michael and slaps him. Avery leaves. Lily accuses him of pimping out his wife. Michael explains about the radiation, the pills and the shots concerning his cancer. She asks how dare he complain about his cancer when she almost died and tells him to man up. He tells her he just wanted Lauren to have someone to confide in. He also points out he did not force them to kiss. Lily slaps him again.

Lauren meets up with Michael at CL and says she knows he set her and Cane up. Michael brings out the divorce papers and gives them to her. She throws the papers at him and leaves.

Avery comes home and recalls Joe’s comments and becomes agitated. Avery hears a noise and calls Dylan and says she thinks there is someone in her apartment.

At the Lab
Phyllis wants to know why someone sent him a text about M and some guy being dead. Fack says it must have been sent to the wrong number.

Kyle arrives and explains to Fack that Summer saw them and knows there is something going on. Fack blows his stack and asks that after all his planning Kyle blew it over a girl? Fack says Victor thinks because he saved his life he rules over him, but Victor is wrong and this is going to work to his advantage. Kyle explains he does not think rationally when he is around Summer. Kyle says Fack must have felt that way when Phyllis came out of her coma and Fack obviously didn’t know about the coma.

Phyllis meets Summer at the park and Summer says she wonders if the merger was another game between Victor and Jack. She thinks this time it goes much further.

Phyllis returns to the lab and asks Fack if he has been lying to her. She wants to know if this merger was sincere. Fack asks her if he could end this war by getting Jabot and Newman for themselves, asks if that would be a worthy goal? He tries to hug her but she pushes him away and asks “who are you?”

Phyllis wants to know about the text and the dead people. She wants to know who M was. He tells her she was someone he once loved.

Summer, Kyle
Summer and Kyle meet in the park and she tells him that she told Victor she was worried. Kyle says that when he saw Fack there was a big change in him. He says Fack snapped.

Day Ahead
- Adam tells Chelsea and Billy that Harrison Bingham was the man who raised him but his father is Jack Abbott
- Fack tells Victor those kids were dead for a reason – no one was to find out there were two Jack Abbott’s
- Jack is in a bed and Marissa says “Jack don’t you dare die on me”

WEDNESDAY US SPOILER

The Lab
Phyllis questions Fack about the text. He tells her M was someone he loved a long time ago. Phyllis presses for more information. Fack tells her about Manuela (changed Marissa’s name) and how he met her and wanted to marry her. Fack says he loved her deeply. Phyllis calls Fack a liar because he obviously still had feelings for her and he is mourning her. Fack says he knew a marriage would never work and she packed her bag and left. Phyllis asks who died with her. He says he search for Manuela and found out she was married but in financial difficulty. He helped them out. It was the contact in Latin America who advised him about their deaths.

Victor calls Fack saying he needs to see him right away in his office. Fack is not happy.

Ashley comes to her office and asks Phyllis why she is at her computer. Phyllis says she was searching for a boat explosion and asks Ashley about Manuela. Ashley says she knows nothing but has other news for her.

Jack, Marissa
Jack and Marissa find an empty cabin and Jack lays down on the bed. Marissa tells him there is no way of getting help. Jack falls into a deep sleep and Marissa warns Jack not to die. Later Marissa comes back with clean clothes and water for them. Jack asks her why she saved him since he is not Marco. Jack feels he owes his life to Marco. Marissa tells Jack about Marco and says she was ready to run away with him but he left her and ran away with a bag of money. Jack says everyone at home thinks he is dead. Marissa asks if he can walk, he stands up but faints onto the bed. Jack is burning up and Marissa says she needs to get help. He tells her to save herself and just leave him to die. Marissa goes for help.

Victor’s Office
Victor reads Marco’s profile which shows Marissa was his mistress. Vicky arrives and asks if he has found information on Jack. Victor says it’s proof that Jack is trying to betray him. When Vicky wants to see the file Victor says no. Vicky says she will probe Billy but Victor tells her not to that he will take care of it. Vicky leaves very angry. Victor calls someone asking for all the information about the ship accident. Later he is on the phone and tells someone he will pay for the salvage as he needs proof that Jack Abbott is dead.

Fack arrives in Victor’s office and Victor shows him that he knows about the ship. He calls him a thug and Fack is in way over his head. Victor says he got him out of the prison in Peru. Fack accuses Victor of grooming him to be John Abbot Jr. Victor accuses Fack of killing Austin and Courtney. Fack says those kids were dead for a reason. No one was to find out there were two Jack Abbott’s and at the moment there is one too many who know who he is.

Victor says he cannot be intimidated. Victor opens a desk drawer. Fack says if he is looking for the 9mm it’s not there and Fack pulls out the gun. Victor tells him he doesn’t have the guts and Fack ask him if he is sure about that.

At Chelsea’s
Billy, Gabe and Chelsea discuss Fack’s plans. Chelsea is concerned that they may be put in jail. Chelsea asks why Gabe is so committed to this and Billy asks what’s in it for Gabe. Gabe says to make Victor pay for the death of his father. Gabe says he wants to do this for Harrison Bingham and for his father. He advises Harrison Bingham was the man who raised him but his father is Jack Abbott, as Ashley walks in. Ashley asks how long he has known he was Jack’s son. He says he just found out. He says Jack had a short affair with Bingham’s wife. Ashley wants proof including a DNA test. She asks about Kyle. Billy says Kyle is out of town depositing the money. Ashley says to call Kyle and not to deposit the money. She fears he will leave a trail and she has to talk to Fack and leaves. Billy leaves.

Chelsea calls Gabe a bastard and chastises him for lying to her. He tells her he just found out and was in shock. In spite of everything that has happened he wants this life with her. What can he do to make things right. She tells him to get the hell out of her house.

At the AC
Abby bumps into Ashley and asks what is so urgent she can’t wait. Abby feels everyone is being very evasive and wants to know what’s going on. Ashley leaves for a meeting.

Vicky arrives at the AC and Abby asks her what’s going on. Vicky believes the Abbott’s are planning something but no one is telling her anything. Abby and Vicky are having a glass of wine when Billy arrives. Abby and Vicky invite him to their table and give him the third degree. Billy tells them that Jack is Gabe’s father.

Day Ahead
- Lily is getting a little tipsy at the bar with Joe
- Dylan asks if Avery called the police. Avery says she didn’t even think. The lights go out in her condo

THURSDAY US SPOILER!!!

Victor’s Office
Marco points the gun at Victor and Victor says that if he shoots him Marco will be exposed and returned to Peru. Victor dares Marco to shoot and says the magazine is empty. Marco shoots and nothing happens. Marco says he would not shoot him. He tells Victor not to threaten him. Victor tells him not to disobey him or he will expose Marco.

Phyllis barges into Victor’s office and says she knows everything. Phyllis is angry that Fack never told anyone that Gabe was his son. Phyllis is questioning Jack and Victor and says that something is not on the up and up.

Victor gets a call from Neil saying Nikki is at the AC. Victor leaves.

Phyllis tells Fack he should have leveled with her as soon as he knew. Fack says there was a lot going on like in-family fighting and the merger. She says he has always been able to manage everything and wants to know why he is different now. He says he has a whole new perspective on things since the UG collapse. Phyllis says there is a wall between them. She asks if he still loves her. Fack tells her she is everything he wanted in a woman and he will tell her about everything, every woman he has ever dated etc. They hug and Phyllis asks if that is a gun in his pocket. He tells her its Victor’s and claims that Victor wants to kill him.

Sharon, Dylan Avery
Sharon is asleep on the couch when Dylan gets a call from Avery. She tells him someone was on the balcony watching her. Her lights go out and their call is cut off. He asks Sharon to call 911.

Mariah arrives at Sharon’s and asks if she is okay and if the person watching her has been caught. She says Kevin got the call from her. Sharon tells her the 911 call was for Avery. Mariah asks why it doesn’t bother her that Dylan and Avery’s tie is still there. Sharon tells her she trusts Dylan. Mariah says she will worry for her. Sharon says Dylan didn’t go to Avery’s to have sex. Sharon points out she can’t be angry at Dylan because Dylan has come to her aid on numerous times when he was with Avery. Mariah leaves. Sharon calls and leaves a message for Dylan. Dylan comes to Avery’s and she tells him Joe really scares her. Paul arrives and tells them to stay put and he will look around. When Paul comes back he says he found nothing. Dylan says it was Joe and Paul wants to know based on what. After Paul leaves Dylan asks her why she called him. He was the first person that came to mind. He tells her to call the police next time and leaves.

Sharon comes to see Avery to check up on her. Avery tells Sharon that she and Dylan are over. As Sharon opens the door to leave, Joe is standing there and says they need to talk. Avery agrees, and says Sharon stays. Sharon threatens to call the police if Joes steps out of line. Joe says he was concerned and came to check on her. Avery asks him to leave but Joe says he has more to say. Sharon threatens to call the police. Joe leaves. Sharon tells her that she and Dylan are there to help her.

At the AC
Lily was at the bar drinking when Joe arrives and joins her. Lily is a little fuzzy and says she is ready for something stronger. Lily fills Joe in about Cane and Lauren. She calls Michael a pimp and doesn’t understand why Michael’s problems have to be her problems. Joe tells her all he wanted to do was love Avery but that tool Dylan came between them. Lily says she has always been Miss Goodie Two Shoes and this stops now.

Neil brings Nikki back to her suite at the AC. Victor arrives and tells her she needs to come home. Nikki says if she is to beat this she has to be away from him. He accuses her of talking a bunch of psychobabble. Victor tells her she cannot walk away until they settle this. Nikki says this is why she will not go home and goes upstairs.

Neil tells Victor to give Nikki some time. Neil asks Victor why he has been preoccupied and what is going on. Victor says Jack may be trying to take over the company and kill him.

Neil arrives and chastises her for her drinking. She tells him Cane is sleeping in a suite and that Cane and Lauren shared a kiss.

Dylan arrives at the AC , finds Joe and tells Joe to stay away from Avery. Joe walks away and Dylan was about to go after him when Mariah stops him and says she will not allow Dylan to hurt her mother. Mariah asks about Dylan’s intentions towards Sharon. He says that is between him and Sharon. She tells Dylan to stay away from Avery and she will be watching him.

Paul coms to see Nikki and asks her why he is there. She tells him one of the things she has to do is apologize to him.

Day Ahead
- Kyle tells Fack to get Bingham to do his dirty work. Fack says Gabe is not his son
- Victor tells the cabin gang they are dealing with a dangerous maniac and to stay away from him
- Jack tells Marisa that calling Jabot is their only option and to give him the phone

enough. Vicky says she knows that Gabe is Jack’s a son. Billy says he is upset that Jack didn’t tell him but was blind-sided instead.

At the AC
Victor meets Abby, Summer, Noah and Nick at the AC for Father’s day. Abby tells Victor that Vicky told her what is going on and Victor assures her the feud is between Fack and him and not to worry.

Nick announces that Sage is living with him and Abby announces that Gabe is Jack’s son. Everyone is stunned. Nick says he spoke to Nikki and she agreed to join them and leaves to get her. Everyone starts talking about the killer and Victor says they are dealing with a dangerous maniac and to stay away from him. They mean way too much to him.

Nick asks Nikki to join the table but Nikki is reluctant but agrees. Victor and Nikki glare at each other.

Victor wants everyone to go on a vacation and says he has rented a villa in Hawaii. Nikki says there is more to this than meets the eye and asks him to tell them what this is really about.

Phyllis and Fack arrive at the AC and Phyllis suggests they go elsewhere. Fack says no he will show Victor he is not intimidated by Victor and they go to a table. He says that Victor is a blow hard and that he has everything planned to the smallest detail. They wonder where Kyle is.

Summer joins Fack and Phyllis and asks if Gabe is his son. Phyllis asks Summer to break the news to Kyle. Kyle arrives and Summer tells Kyle that Gabe is his half-brother. Kyle is angry. Fack approaches and asks how it went. Kyle says it went as expected and then he told Paul that Victor had embezzled funds. Kyle says next time Fack should get Gabe to do his dirty work. Fack says Gabe is not his son and he knows nothing about him.

Paul arrives and arrests Victor for felony embezzlement and Fack stands there looking innocent.

Jack, Marisa
Jack wakes up and Marisa has returned with Aspirins and a cell phone. Marisa tells Jack the battery is about to die so they need to make the call count. Jack tells Marisa to call Jabot and speak to Ashley or Billy and tell them she found their brother and he is alive and well. Marisa calls Jabot and Fack answers “Jack Abbott”. Marisa asks “Marco is that you?” Marco asks her if Jack was with her and she says no that he died. He tells her to come to GC because he has a wonderful set up there and he will wire her money. The line goes dead.

Jack realizes his family thinks he is alive and that Marco has taken over his identity. He says he has to get back but Marisa says they have to wait until the money arrives.

Paul, Chris, Nikki
Chris is waiting for Paul in his office. Paul tells her Dylan treated him to a Father’s Day breakfast.

Nikki arrives and Paul leaves. Nikki admits that Alcoholics lie and make excuses and apologizes to Chris for her part in the accident. Chris says she has been angry and full of rage since the accident. She accepts Nikki’s apology.

Kyle comes to see Paul.

Gabe, Chelsea
Gabe sees that Chelsea is crying and apologizes for upsetting her. She shows him something Connor did at school for Father’s day and it reminds her that Connor no longer has a father. Chelsea is beating herself up and says she should never have let Billy get so close to Connor. She says that Connor is going to start asking about his father and she does not know how to tell him his father hit a little girl and ran. Gabe says to tell him that his daddy loved him, that hitting Delia was an accident and if he could make everything better he would. Chelsea asks him why he is so emotional over someone he never met. Gabe says Adam had her and a son, the kind of life everyone dreams about. Chelsea says Adam ruined it all with a lie. Chelsea asks Gabe if he would lie to her again to get what he wants. She asks him if he just came into town would he lie to her about his identity. He admits lying to her about being Jack’s son just complicated things and he never wanted to hurt her. He wanted to tell her the truth from the beginning. She says she wishes he had. Chelsea goes to see to Connor and Billy arrives to see Connor. Billy tells Gabe he is out of Chelsea’s life but will always be in Connor’s since he is the only father Connor has ever known.

Billy and Connor are playing as Gabe watches on. Chelsea asks Gabe to leave. Gabe says Connor deserves a father who puts him first.

Day Ahead
- Summer tells Paul that Victor was set up and that Kyle goes out of town and as soon as he is back Victor is arrested
- Phyllis asks Ashley if Fack was behind all this even though he denied it
- Jack tells Marisa they have to get out of there now but are stopped by a man with a gun
