Victor pushes Mason to switch the meds, Adam sees them together confronts Mason then fires him
Lily does not do a good job in telling Tyler that she is committed to her marriage and her children
Cane pushes Chelsea to give her marriage another chance, uses his marriage as an example
Wheeler threatens Victor to get Avery to back off or else he'll expose Victor's role in Stephanie's death
Avery sees Dylan and Sharon together, learns he's staying and working. He's not going to give up on Avery
Adam confronts Victor knowing what he is upto but warns he is one step ahead of him in this game
Neil realizes Leslie is not being truthful to him, questions Tyler which confirms his suspicion she's in trouble
Chelsea and Adam have another run in, asks her again for the truth but she stops seeing Sharon walk in the AC

I KNOW! I'm not even a Lauren and Michael fan, but lets face it, they have been married for a decade! That's HUGE for daytime TV! Carmine...OF ALL PEOPLE comes between them? Its INSULTING to long term viewers who loved this couple. Lauren is unrecognizable right now.

Nikki is furious when Jack tells Victor about her illness, Jack says he despises Victor but loves Nikki. Nikki needs Victor
Noah does not like Dylan working for his mother, questions his motives. Sharon thinks differently, doesn't think he's trouble
Victoria is not happy when she sees Chelsea holding Johnny, Billy reminds her she was once in this position. It concerns Victoria
Chloe tells Chelsea that soon she will show and Adam will know but Chelsea intends to pull a con to hide her pregnancy from Adam!

are the writers really this bad...heck all of us in here could come up with some great story lines....

Hate that they do that to the female members of the cast. Some of the women have faced a lot more trauma than any of the males and those women still dust themselves off and face some more dragons. We know the women are the tough ones!

Today's show US: when Victor bellowed (for the millionth time): BILLY BOY! at Victoria why didn't she just deck him? I have no respect for Victoria for permitting her father to be so derogatory to her husband. It would be bad enough to have your own father complain you don't compare to a sibling, but to then accuse your husband (the one he threw into a third world prison) of being the reason you aren't smart enough is terrible. Please, Victoria, you are forty-plus, grow-up!

Jamie is leaving Genoa City, Ronan is now his legal guardian so he is going to live with him. He apologizes for the pain he caused everyone
Nick notices Summer's interest in Kyle and does not like it, he's too old for her. Summer says they are just going to dinner w/ Jack, Phyllis
Billy proposes to Victoria again, he even gives her a ring this time believing its best to have something they can pass down to their children
Jamie and Paul talk, Paul blames Summer and Fen for Jamie's actions and is happy Jamie has a 2nd chance in life unlike Ricky, the two bond
Michael struggles to put his family together again but neither meet him half way, Lauren moves out and Fen walks out. Michael is left alone

Is he too old or did Nick lie about Summer's paternity and now he is worried about Kyle and Summer getting "friendly"?

If I recall correctly, Nick doesn't know Summer is Jack's and not his. Nick found out, but then was in a plane crash, got amnesia and forgot. Jack of course doesn't know Summer is his.

At least I think this is what I recall (unless I have amnesia!).

Nick was the only person who read the paternity papers that said HE was Summers bio dad. Not jack. It was during that time that Nicks plane crashed and he lost his memory. But when he read those papers he remembered his time with Phyllis and wanted a life with her and their daughter. So is it possible that he LIED to everyone about Summer being his?

I remember that scene because I was hoping she was jacks. So I paid close attention to who read those results. Nick was the only person who saw them. Phyllis and jack believed Nick and let it go.

Here is my take (if Nick is still the father):

A few weeks ago they kept showing Kyle having these strange cougar like moments with Phylis. I just assumed his new interest in Summer is an excuse to get closer to Phylis. After all, if Victor and Nick can share women, why can't Kyle and Jack??? (*shiver* )

I think they were testing the viewers to see if Kyle and Phyllis would be an option. From what I understand the viewers hated the idea. I hated it mainly because just last year Kyle was 12 and pouring hot coffee in BigReds lap.

IF summer has a crush on Kyle this may be the swift kick in the butt for Nick to tell the truth. Something tells me he won't like seeing his daughter flirting with her half brother.
