I can't hate him for loving his mom. I would have been bothered if he had embraced Nikki. He was distant but respectful to Nikki when he first saw her. He snapped seeing his dad with her. When Nikki and Jack started up again they agreed to hide it because of their families. They couldn't have respected Kyles wishes at least until after the Christening? When the others first saw him they all had that "oh crap" look. They immediately acknowledged it was an awkward situation. But Jack and Nikki didn't?

It's the writing. They ALL hated Diane. It was weird watching him hug Ashley. He's close with Abby. Victor pushed Diane out of a moving ambulance. But he only hates Nikki and possibly Phyllis. Now that they are aging Summer I will be curious who her love interest will be.

For me. It's easy to love the bad guys on YR. The head writers have managed to destroy these characters. Villains makes this show watchable.

They can't do that because its only a matter of time before they revisit the Jack/Nick Summer's dad storyline. In fact - the baby they are having now will need some sort of operation and they test Summer's blood type and sure enough it is not a match so it will come out again that Victor fixed the results like everyone suspected years ago, and bam - Jack is her father. Book it.

Victor offers Avery Michael's old job. She tells him no, but will think it over. He tells her she has 24 to decide. Later at CL, Michael tells Avery that he lost his job. Avery tells him she knows cause Victor offered her his position. He tells her to take it. That way he can still keep an eye on things.

Michael and Lauren are w/Jill at the Chancellor Estate. Under the circumstances, Fen will stay in Canada. Jill and Lauren are pissed to learn Michael lost his job. Michael actually thinks that Victor needed some time and he will get his job back. He goes to talk to him. But Victor wont bend. Upset Michael leaves, texts Lauren the bad news. She goes to beg Victor. But Victor refuses. Lauren resigns from the Newman board. Victor acts like he could care less.

Abby is with Jack trying to help with Kyle. Afterwards, Abby and Chloe are at GloWorm working on the gala. Jeff and Glo are hiring for a new bartender. In walks Carmine and applies for the job. Chloe, Kevin and Abby of course say no. But Since he's a hottie, Gloria gives him the job. Later on, Jeff notices that Carmine is good with the books. Looks like Jeff is back to his old tricks. Meanwhile, Abby and Chloe decide to get Angelina to sing at the Gala. They are desperate, hoping if Angelina comes back, she will take Carmine with her.

Kyle see's Nikki at CL. He does his best to ignore her, but Nikki pushes a conversation. Saying she wants to help him get close to his father. Kyle tells her that he can care less about his father or the condition he's currently in healthwise. After Nikki leaves, Kyle and Eden start talking. They seem to hit it off. Later, Kyle goes to Victor and asks for a job. Wish granted.

Next: Ashley goes to Jack and tells him Tucker has been lying to her again. GenV and Tucker are talking B.O.N again. Jill calls Michael (while he's with Avery) and tells him 2 SEC agents are at the house asking for Lauren.

According to the latest SOD article, Ashley takes the news about GenV and Tucker's past rather hard. Tucker is drownin his sorrows at GloWorm and in walks YoHarmony. She's stressing out over her last emotional convo w/Neil. Tucker gets drunk and YoHarmony drives him home. The two hit the sheets and Ashley comes home and catches them. She goes to Jack and he tells her to divorce him immediately.

Oh, YoHarmony is DISGUSTING! In less then a month that woman has managed to destroy 2 happy homes. That has to be a record! I'm curious if Katherine will continue to let her stay at her house after this.

I forgot to mention that Sharon and Victor will share a candle light dinner for 2. I threw up in my mouth when I read that spoiler.

Nick confronts his father over firing Michael, can't believe his father can't show compassion to someone who has been so loyal to him

Tucker refuses to help Genevieve. He is questioned by SEC. Ashley gets pissed off when she finds out about his past with Genevieve

Adam learns about Kyle's new job, gives him advice about dealing with Victor Newman. He doesn't think its such a good idea

Lauren is questioned by the SEC. Michael is touched she resigned for him. Lauren and Jill hope Victor gets what is coming to him

Avery takes the job, tells Jack about it. Jack hopes she knows what she is getting herself into. Avery thinks it'll be easy to leave if she wants

Victor asks Adam for help in the SEC, it would be beneficial for him but Adam refuses to be manipulated by his father

Next - Murphy has a surprise for Katherine ; Nikki learns Phyllis and Nick are engaged ; Genevieve asks Cane what he told the SEC

that's the problem I have. It seems like no one is taking Neil marriage with Sofia seriously, because they have an "arranged marriage". Neil & Sofia never discussed having an open marriage. Plus it was Neil's idea to get married in the first place!

Victor and Sharon and Victor have a business dinner at Gloworm but after Sharon lets Victor know that Nick & Phyllis have gotten engaged Vic speculates that Phyllis may be pregnant. Adam and Chelsea also show up at Gloworm as does Victoria & baby John. Victoria makes a comment bout Sharon making a play for Victor now that Nick is back with Phyllis. A mad Sharon follows Victor to his office where they kiss which Hamner describes as a thank you kiss turned into a "oh yeah baby lets get it on" kind of kiss.....(GAG!!!!). Cane covers for his mom, doesn't sell her out. Jill has to leave GC to help Phillip who injured himself. Jill tells Genevive while she knows Genevieve would never intentionally hurt Cane. Jill is fine w/her and Cane talking, but she doesn't want her to get too close to him.

Nick and Phyllis Summer about their engagement but not about the pregnancy. Summer blabs to Nikki who is not happy about this especially when she learns Phyllis is pregnant. Jack learns the same while having lunch with Phyllis

Murphy takes Katherine to the diner where she worked when they met, its their anniversary.

Next - The sick relationship between Victor and Sharon begins ; Victor wants to know what is going on between Chelsea and Adam ; Jack attempts to reach out to Kyle once again

Phyllis and Nick are at GloWorm talking baby stuff. Sharon walks in and is immediately uncomfortable seeing them so happy. When Phyllis is alone, Sharon asks her if she's pregnant, she says yes and Sharon makes a b-line for the door. Phyllis goes over to Nick and tells him they have to leave because she's spotting.

Sharon tells Victor he needs to go see baby John. Adam and ChelC are already there and see's Victoria w/the baby. Victoria is uncomfortable having her there so she leaves. Victor notices her reaction and jumps on ChelC for even speaking to her. Adam thanks Sharon for his b-day card.

Billy tries to convince Kyle to forgive his dad and stay away from Victor. He's unable to get through to him. Jack also tries to get through to Kyle, but Kyle ends up walking out on him. Billy goes to Victor's office and confronts him on using Kyle to get back at Jack. They get into a heated argument that Kyle walks in on.

ChelC and Adam are back at the GCAC. They are venting over Victor. They share a kiss and later hit the sheets. Afterwards, ChelC gets a call from Victor. He's willing to pay her 10 million to leave town. ChelC says she will think about it and hangs up the phone. She tells Adam and he tells her turn that 10 million dollar offer into a 100 mill!

Billy tells Jack about Kyle's new job. Billy is angry to find out that Victor came to visit baby John. Telling Victoria that there needs to be some boundaries set, saying there is NO way Victor is getting near his son.

Sharon storms into Victor's office. She tells him that he's the only one in that town who doesn't judge her. She reaches out and kisses him ON THE LIPS!

Next: Neil tells YoHo that he doesn't want her to go

Nikki is asking Sharon and Victor if she's interrupting something.
