Drunk and furious, Deacon makes as if to strangle Nikki

Phyllis brings Summer by to spend time with Nick. Nick and Phyllis bond over Summer, Victor and Sharon
Sophia continues to question her marriage to Neil as she sees his reaction as they were getting married
Lily gets a job thanks to Billy, Cane will take care of the twins. Lily will change the custody agreement
Chelsea thinks she can get money out of Billy, but Billy refuses to cave to her demands which pisses her off
Victoria meets with the adoption agency, explains somethings have come up since they last spoke
Tucker and Yolanda work together to help Devon who seems to be struggling with his hearing
Katherine tries to get Neil to come back to work for her. Sophia tells him he should since he loves his job

Kevin and Angelina hide out in a cabin, they hide when they hear someone coming. Kevin knocks the person out, he later sees its Jeffrey. Meanwhile Gloria and Angelo get closer. Gloria is ready to be Angelo's girlfriend
Ronan gets another page from Diane's diary, it reveals she was involved with a man shortly before her death. Ronan confronts Jack and then Adam, Adam says he would have rather killed her than sleep with her! He did neither
Nikki has downloaded a file to her computer, but its password protected. Nikki asks Nick for help but he's determined that Phyllis help them. Phyllis accesses the file, it is Deacon and Diane having sex.

Next - Nikki tells Victor he is covering for the wrong person ; More of Angelo and Gloria ; Jeffrey tells Kevin they need to get to Gloria

I haven't seen any episodes in about a week (all on dvr and I'll catch up one day), but I've thought since Jeffrey was seen stranded that Angelo stole Gloria's money and set up Jeffrey. So I think the money he loaned Gloria was hers all along!

Ashley tries to talk Sharon out of marrying Victor, Sharon says its too late because the wedding is set to take place tonight
Nikki shows Victor the video of Diane and Deacon. Victor warns Nikki not to get herself in trouble, seek Ronan and Paul's help
Phyllis flirts with Deacon, comes onto him but says too much and Deacon gets suspicious. It is Nick to the rescue, Deacon leaves
Jeffrey takes off with the boat leaving Kevin and Angelina stranded at the cabin, which is fine by Angelina but Kevin is pissed
Adam tells Tucker about his plans to sell Beauty of Nature. Adam is giving Tucker the upper hand but wants something in return
Nikki goes to Ronan and Paul with what she knows. Ronan wants Deacon's camera so Nikki decides to look for it herself
Victor calls Michael saying the wedding may not happen. Deacon arrives, shows Victor an incriminating photo of Nikki and Diane

Next - Nikki follows Deacon; Ronan looks for Nikki ; Sharon tells Victor if he doesn't want to go through with this wedding, its alright

Melody Thomas Scott is on the cover of SOD with the caption "Diane's murder solved" "Why Nikki did it?" But when you read the story it is not all that clear that Nikki is the culprit

Footage that Deacon has kept stashed away shows a drunken Nikki acting in self defense when she was physically attacked by Diane. Diane attacked Nikki because she was trying to prevent her from framing Victor for Diane's "murder." Deacon's claim that he was protecting Nikki does not endear him to her. If anything says MTS "she thinks less of him." Nikki heads over to the jail to tell Victor he does not have to marry Sharon to protect her because she is going to confess to what happened. But she is too late and they are already married. An upset Nikki asks Victor why he went ahead with the marriage (Nikki does not know that Deacon showed Victor the picture of Diane attacking her and that he was still trying to protect her) but before he can answer there is a lock down and Victor is taken back to his cell. Nikki and Sharon are trapped in the jail and they go at it. MTS is quoted as saying laughingly "it is the usual arsenal with these two" She goes on to say "I love working with Sharon Case......we always look forward to our scenes."

Meanwhile Ronan, Nick and Phyllis meet with Spence who stil is not ready to release Victor . He wants to confirm the authenticity of the footage. Over at Gloworm Nikki is fighting the urge to drink. Hamner says that even though Nikki knows rationally she was only defending herself against Diane the thought that she took Diane's life is very difficult for her to deal with. She calls Katherine who rushes to meet her. Katherine is stunned when Nikki tells her she killed Diane and that Victor and Sharon are married. Katherine insists that Nikki was just fighting to save her own life . Hamner says that "Nikki is like a daughter to Katherine and she knows Nikki is not a person who is a heartless killer."

Nick and Michael view the footage of Nikki and Diane's fight and realize Nikki acted in self defense. Michael tells Victor what is going on and he is delighted that there is proof that Nikki acted in self defense. But what becomes apparent if that Victor has yet another agenda in this situation. Nikki comes to the police station and turns herself in. Michael is by Nikki's side as Spencer asks her for details of the night Diane was killed. But Nikki can't fill in the blanks. After getting permission from Spencer Ronan questions Nikki. He encourages her to relax and try to remember what happened that night. Nikki recalls walking through the park when she heard Victor and Diane arguing. Nikki also remembers that Diane viciously assaulted her because she did not want her to tell anyone that she was framing Victor for her "murder." Diane went "over the edge" according to the writer and she attacked Nikki with the intent of killing her.

Ronan relays the details to Spencer. But according to Hamner the mystery of Diane's death is not yet solved. There are still a number of shocking incidences that "have a domino effect" and will result "in an avalanche that is going to touch the lives of most of our characters forever.

So Deacon shows Victor an incriminating photo of Nikki and Diane, implying she killed her. Deacon is protecting Nikki
Nikki and Ronan search for Deacon's camera. Nikki sees where Deacon has been hiding things, tells Ronan about it
Deacon shows Nikki the footage of her fighting w/ Diane, Ronan arrives and shows her the entire footage. It was self defense
Victor who still thinks he is protecting Nikki goes ahead with his marriage to Sharon. Nikki arrives too late to stop it

Next - Sharon and Nikki face off ; Billy and Victoria vs Chelsea ; Victor still thinks he is protecting Nikki

During lockdown, Sharon and Nikki are stuck together and face off. Nikki says Sharon married Victor to save her from herself, she is weak. Sharon strikes back by saying Nikki hasn't exactly shown how strong she is by being an alcoholic and marrying a slime like Deacon
Lily and Cane watch as Chelsea continues to cause trouble for Billy and Victoria. Billy and Victoria decide to move Chelsea into Jana's old apartment. Chelsea tells Keely he doesn't like her now, he hasn't seen anything yet!
Nick and Adam face off over Sharon's marriage to Victor, both put the blame on the other for Sharon taking such a drastic step. Nick says Adam manipulated Sharon and turned her against her loved ones while Adam says Nick used Faith as a weapon, that's why this happened
Sharon rushes home only to find Faith gone with the nanny, they are the the main house. Sharon feels uncomfortable with her newfound status as Mrs Newman. Sharon thinks she has done the right thing, or at least hope she has
Spencer sees the footage of Diane's murder, despite it being self defense he refuses to close the case. Michael tells Victor about the footage while Nikki shows up with Katherine to turn herself in

Next - Adam asks Tucker if they have a deal ; Spencer questions Nikki

We see Tucker at Crimson Lights, he meets with someone from the SEC. Tucker tells the man that Adam took the bait
