Woo-hoo! Officially "on vacation" until Tuesday!!! Getting some last minute things done...will post more later.

So I haven’t even left yet and my arrival day plans are already changing. At some point while cleaning and packing this afternoon, it dawned on me that there was a new (since I’ve been there) Vera Bradley outlet in Orlando. I love me some Vera Bradley and some good outlet mall shopping. Plus my mom has a birthday coming up (plus Mother’s Day) and I know she has been wanting a new wallet and she loves Vera. So…I’m thinking I may make a detour to the outlet mall and do a little shopping before checking in at POR. I forgot how many great stores they have at this mall and I am always on the lookout for a good deal. I told you…I’m not so good at sticking to my plans.

YAY FOR VACATION!!! The weekend looks great That VB outlet is the devil for me...last time I spent nearly $200!!! Good luck there haha. I'll FB you my number in case you want to meet up at some point this weekend!! I can't go swimming because of my stitches but I should be around the parks because Erin and Livy are coming for the day on Saturday!!!

Happy Monday everyone! If you’re working, I hope your work week is off to a good start. My day was good and still managed to get out semi-early.

Speaking of work, I mentioned that we had been slow with not a lot of patients. I had already been approved to have Monday off for my “recovery” day after my trip, but with it being so slow and the other speech therapist having taken off a few days over the past few weeks, I sort of felt it was my turn! So I asked my boss and she approved Friday as well! I’ll still be leaving on Friday, after I drop off Winston, but it will be much earlier than if I was at work. I’ll get almost an extra full day in Disney. Of course this sort of messes with my plans because now I’ll actually have time to hit a park on Friday and still manage to have an early night. I’m thinking I might do Epcot, which will cut down on the time I will need on Saturday especially since I’m expecting bigger crowds that day as well. I’m going to post a final itinerary in the next day or so before I leave!

Only 3 more days of work!

Hi everyone! I'm resting in bed at POR and enjoying the free wi-fi!

Today was a great day and I'm hoping tomorrow will be even better. The plan is MK for rope drop!

I'm back! I arrived home this morning but have been busy cleaning, packing and resting. SO happy I have tomorrow off too. Once I upload my pics and get a spare minute, I will start my TR. I will probably start a new thread but I'll put the link here. Hope you'll follow me over there...even the lurkers

So, was this short trip worth it? Did it make up for my last two un-magical trips? Did I conquer my solo table service dining fear? Stay tuned!
